The invention relates to electrical measuring equipment, in particular, to devices for measuring the voltage of an electric pulse in conducting media. Devices for measuring electric fields in conductive media are known that contain an electromagnetic transducer of an electric field, software placed in a conductive medium, to the output of which an amplifier, rectifier and direct current amplifier 11 are connected. However, such devices provide only an indirect measurement of the voltage electric field in a conductive medium, which limits their accuracy. Also known are devices comprising a hollow cylinder of a dielectric material with an electromagnetic receiver of electric current placed on it. To measure current in a known device, an electromagnetic current detector (magnetic modulation sensor) is used and in order to go from the measured current value to the main parameter (field strength) it is necessary to know the electrical conductivity of the medium. For this, the known curves use t.2 calibration curves. However, the value of the electrical conductivity of the medium in the sea depends on a variety of conditions (depth, flow, temperature, time of day, etc.), so the intensity of the electric field in a known device is determined very approximately. Thus, the need to recalculate the measured current in a conductive medium to the magnitude of the electric field by the calibration curves leads to additional errors resulting from the measurement. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the device. The goal is achieved by the fact that an electric field transducer containing a hollow cylinder of a dielectric material with an electromagnetic current detector placed on it, is introduced by two compensating and measuring electrodes, an amplifier, a chopper and a current source, and the compensating electrodes are marked on the ends cylinder connected to the output of the current source, the input of which through series-connected interrupt iQjib and the amplifier is connected to the output of the electro-magnetic receiver el ktricheskogo current and measuring electrodes raspolozhey the inner cylinder polo ti at a certain distance from each other. The drawing shows a structural diagram of an electric field converter. The electric field converter contains a hollow cylinder 1 of dielectric material, an electromagnetic receiver 2 of electric current located on it, an amplifier 3, a breaker 4, a current source 5 and electrodes compensating 6 and 7 located at the ends of the hollow cylinder, and measuring electrodes 8 and 9, located in the inner cavity of the cylinder at a certain distance from each other, and the compensating electrodes b and 7 are connected to the output of the current source 5, the input of which through serially connecting separate breaker 4 and The body is 3 set; inen with the output of an electromagnetic receiver 2 of electric current. The device works in the following way. When an electric field appears in a conductive medium, a conduction current arises, the magnitude of which through the hollow cylinder 1 is determined by the expression inp E-ff-3, is the error of the electric field intensity, and the normal is transverse to the section of the cylinder; S is the cross-sectional area, b is the conductivity of the medium. This current flows through the opening of the toroidal electromagnetic receiver 2 and induces an emf in its winding, which is then amplified by the force 3 and through the chopper 4 enters the negative feedback circuit containing the source 5 current and compensation electrodes b and 7. In the switched on state of the chopper 4, the negative feedback circuit is closed, and in the internal cavity of cylinder 1 the feedback current icf, flows oppositely to the conduction current. With atsm, the voltage at the exit from the measuring electrodes 8 and 9, located in the inner cavity of the cylinder at a distance t from each other, is determined by the total current and has the form.
