Description
(54) SOUND ABSORBING FACING
1one
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to construction, in particular to sound-absorbing linings.
1.Sound absorbing cladding made of porous tile material, mineral wool mats, covered from eruption 1 are known.
2.Closest to the present invention is a sound-absorbing lining, comprising blocks of sound-absorbing material and elements of their attachment to the facing surface 2.
A disadvantage of the known linings is that they are not recommended for use in case of increased humidity. In addition, the use of porous scavengers does not allow for frequent cleaning of the premises from contamination (as in the conditions of wood, a large amount of wood dust accumulates on the walls and ceiling, which must be periodically removed).
Цель изобретени - обеспечение возможности очистки от загр знени улучщени декоративного и акустического эффекта .The purpose of the invention is to provide the possibility of cleaning from contamination to improve the decorative and acoustic effect.
The goal is achieved by the fact that in sound-absorbing cladding, including blocks of sound-absorbing material and their fastening elements to the cladding surface, the blocks are made of artificial substrates with plants, and their fastening elements are in the form of brackets, a water-dispensing pipe, and the bottom row is inserted into trays for collecting water and nutrient solutions.
2.FIG. 1 shows schematically the proposed construction of a sound-absorbing lining; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; FIG. one; in fig. 3 shows a section BB in FIG. 2
Справочник М., «Св зь, с. 5 (прототип).The proposed sound absorbing lining has a block arrangement. Each block contains plants 1 as sound absorbing material, grown on an artificial substrate 2, which is attached to the surface to be veneered 3 with staples 4 connected to the surface to be coated with screws 5. Pipe 6 with holes 7 is supplied to supply water and nutrient solutions To collect liquid for each block or system of blocks, depending on their size, there is a pallet 8, which is at the same time a fastening element of the lower blocks. The plants are watered through the openings 7 of the pipelines 6 by turning on the crane 9. The application of the proposed sound-absorbing lining makes it possible in the workshops to pollute the atmosphere to clean it from dust during the irrigation process, to ensure improved working conditions by reducing noise, dust, gas, and also creates a favorable microclimate in industrial premises. Formula 1 of the Sound Absorbing Cladding, including blocks of sound-absorbing material and elements of their attachment to the cladding surface, characterized in that, in order to ensure the possibility of cleaning from soils, improving the decorative and acoustic effect, the blocks are made of artificial substrates with plants, and the elements of their attachment are E in the form of brackets, with a water distribution pipe placed above the upper row of blocks, and the lower row is inserted into pallets of water collection and nutrient solutions.
