Изобретение относитс  к транспорт ному машиностроению, а именно к лонжеронам рамы транспортных средств, преимущественно к полуприцепам. Известен лонжерон pat/tJ транспортного средства, выполненный в виде балки переменного сечени  И. Недостатками конструкции  вл ютс  высока  трудоемкость изготовлени  большие отходы металла за счет вырезки клина и нерациональность профил  поперечного сечени  по длине лонжерона. Цель изобретени  - снижение тру доемкости изготовлени  и снижение ве са лонжерона. Цель достигаетс  тем, что лонжерон выполнен из двух подобных профилей проката с разными сечени ми, сое диненных посредством сварки, и косын ки, причем в проЛиле проката с меньшим сечением выполнена прорезь и его нижн   полка отогнута до размеров профил  большого сечени . Кроме того, толщина полок проката меньшего сечени  больше толщины полок профил  большего сечени . На чертеже изображен лонжерон рамы транспортного средства, общий вид. Лонжерон 1 ракы транспортного средства выполнен из двух подобных профилей проката: меньшего 2 и большего 3. Дл  получени  плавного перехода профилей лонжерона в профиле 2 проката выполнена прорезь и нижн   полка профил  2 отогнута до размеров профил  3. Косынка 4 и профили 2 и 3 соединены между собой сваркой. Кроме того, с целью обеспечени  рационального профил  по всей длине лонжерона, толщина полок 5 профил  2 выполнена большей по отношению к толщине полок 6 профил  3. Предлагаема  конструкци  лонжерона рамы транспортного средства значительно снижает трудоемкость изготовлени , повышает рациональность профил , снижает вес, дает экономию металла .
