Description
(54) FORMER FOR BINDING PULSES
1976.The invention relates to a pulse technique and can be used to register nuclear particles with photomultiplier detectors. A pulse shaper is known, consisting of a resistive divider, cable delay, a differential amplifier and a threshold element. A disadvantage of the known former is the insufficient speed of the elements used (integrated circuits), which lead to a large error in the time dependence. A pulse shaper is known, in which a tunnel diode is used as a threshold element, since such threshold elements are distinguished by the most sensitive ones: T2 and speed. Its disadvantage is the short-term stability due to the change in the characteristics of the tunnel diode over time. In addition, a strong decrease in the threshold leads to a decrease in noise sensitivity. Purpose: an invention to increase the long-term stability and noise immunity of the driver. This goal is achieved by the fact that a pulse-binding driver contains a differentiator (}) which gives the first input to one of the terminals of the first resistor, the second output of which is connected to the common bus, and one output of the second resistor is connected to the input signal bus and through the delay line to the second input of the differential ({) amplifying amplifier, a diode and a capacitor are introduced, one plate of which is connected to the common bus and the other to the first input of the differential amplifier and to the anode of the diode, the cathode of which is connected en to the other terminal of the second resistor. FIG. 1 shows the electrical circuit diagram of the former; in fig. 2 - Vromous diagrams. The driver for binding pulses contains an input signal bus 1, a delay line 2, resistors 3 and 4, a capacitor 5, a diode 6, a differential amplifier 7, a threshold element 8. A bus 1 is connected to the input of a delay line 2 and a resistor .3, the second end which is connected to the cathode of diode 6, the anode of which, together with a grounded resistor 4 and a capacitor 5, is connected to one of the inputs of the differential amplifier 7. The other input of the differential amplifier 7 is connected to the output of the delay line 2, and the output is connected to the input of the threshold element 8. bots as follows. The signal from the bus 1 is fed to the input line 2 of the delay and the divider formed by the resistors 3 and 4, the diode. 6 and a capacitor 5. The use of such a divider leads to a non-linear signal attenuation depending on the amplitude. The attenuation increases with decreasing amplitude, with the result that the crossing of the zero line by a bipolar pulse occurs earlier, which compensates for the delay at the instant the threshold element is triggered. For a larger amplitude signal (1), the former attenuation is taken, and a smaller signal (2) is weakened more strongly (shown by a dotted line, Fig. 2). The point crossed by the threshold voltage of both bipolar pulses coincides (point B) at a time like with linear linear attenuation, the threshold is not smaller; amplitude impulse later. The purpose of the bucket} 1 slider 5 is to memorize the amplitude of the attenuated input signal, which allows the circuit to be made uncritical to the choice of the length of the delay line 2. Formula of the invention A pulse binder formformer containing a differentiating amplifier, the first input of which is connected to one of the terminals of the first resistor, the second terminal of which is connected to the common bus, and one terminal of the second resistor is connected to the input signal bus and through the delay line to the second input differentiating amplifier, which is similar to the fact that, in order to increase long-term stability and noise immunity, a diode and a capacitor are inserted into it, one lining of which is connected to the common busbar and the other with m input of the diffuser amplifier and the anode of the diode, the cathode of which is connected to a different output of the second resistor.
