Description

(54) INSTALLATION FOR SOLVING SOLID REAGENTS

ме того отверсти  в насадках расположены по окружности вокруг стержней.besides, the holes in the nozzles are circumferentially surrounded by rods.

The drawing shows schematically the proposed installation, the overall look.

6.The installation has a chamber 1 inside which vertical guides 2 are installed, as well as nozzles 3 fitted with a rod 4. The installation includes a tank 5 for collecting the obtained reagent solution and a centrifugal pump 6.

The process of solution and reagents is as follows.

The reagent cans of the lid are opened in the design, the cans are placed in the cells in chambers 1, formed by directing 2 downwards with a hole so that the nozzles 3 with their rods 4 abut against the surface of the reagent monolith. Then the tank 5, located under the chamber 1, is filled with water, which is pumped through the nozzles 3 to the surface of the monolith via pump 6. When the pump is running, the jet of water erodes the reagent monolith. As the monolith erodes, the cans are lowered, keeping a constant distance between the washout front and the nozzle. This is the situation, as well as the presence of a number of holes located around the circumference in the water supply nozzles, contributes to the quick and uniform erosion of the monolith peareHta pieces.

The use of the installation eliminates the need to cut the end wall, and accordingly, the need for a machine for cutting, as well as reduce the duration of the reagent's dissolution cycle without increasing the pump power. A decrease in the duration of the dissolution cycle favorably affects the quality of the solution, since more time remains for its settling, and it leads to a decrease in the concentration of harmful vapors of the reagent in the mortar room of the workshop.
