Description
(54) SHOCK ABSORBER
3The invention relates to vibrozapstnoy technology, namely to the elastic Elagen there, vibration-proof radio-electronic equipment and other devices. Known shock absorber, containing a damping element in the form of a package of plates l. The disadvantage of this shock absorber is that it does not provide spatial vibration isolation, but works only in one direction. The shock absorber is closest to the invention to the technical essence; it contains a hollow body with a profiled inner surface, a rod attached to a shock absorbing object and located coaxially with the body, and elastic elements fixed on the rod, forming conical surfaces obversely to each other, and free ends which interact with the profiled surface 2J. The disadvantages of the shock absorber are the complexity of the design and large gaba. RITES, since there are elastic elements in it that form conical overhnosti, you are a full end of torsion springs mounted on the rod, and there is further tsilivdricheska spring. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the size and simplify the design of the shock absorber. This goal is achieved by the fact that the elastic elements are a package of plates with a central hole, the worm which passes the rod. In FIG. I shows a shock absorber, longitudinal section; in fig. 2 - the same, top view; in fig. 3 - stress and shock absorber istyus. The shock absorber consists of a hollow body I, stem 2 and a pack of plates 3 with central holes through which the rod 2 passes. The plates 3 are laid one on another crosswise and form conic surfaces facing each other with an angle cl-i to the transverse plane of the shock absorber . The ends of the plates 3
6.the tension is supported on the profiled "surfaces 4 of the hull I. The pro5) or the surface 5 of the hull I serves to restrain large parts of the shock absorber. The rod 2 is attached to the depreciable object, the housing 1 is mounted on a vibrating base using a radial groove 6.
The shock absorber works as follows.
With spatial vibration, in the plates 3, bending deforma- tions occur, which are conjugated by friction between the plates and friction of the plates on the profiled surfaces 4 of housing I, which ensures intensive damping of oscillations at resonance. This corresponds to the section AV of the shock absorber load characteristic. In the case of large movements, the plate 3 begins to interact with the profiled surface 5 of the housing I, which corresponds to the section of the load characteristic with an angle. In the absence of a profiled surface 5, the characteristics of the shock absorber correspond to section D, with a hard stop - section C
The shock absorber provides spatial vibration isolation with a high dembv coefficient}), the shock absorber
прост по конструкции и имеет малые габариты.simple in construction and has small dimensions.
