Description
50-60%.It contains 250 mg of NaCl, 535 mg of MDS & bN O, and 361 mg, as well as an aqueous solution of CuC. at the rate of 0.510 C per basis weight. The mixture is stirred and dried at 150 ° C for 3 hours. After drying, the mixture is poured into quartz crucibles with lids, placed in a furnace and heated at a speed of / min to 1050 ° C, at which they are held for 40 minutes. 1310 ° C, is boosted at this temperature for 30 minutes, after which the crucibles are quickly removed from the furnace and cooled in air. Example 2, the mixture is prepared similarly to example 1. After drying, the mixture is heated in an oven at a rate of AIA / min to 1150 ° C, kept at it for 30 minutes, raise the temperature to and maintain for 30 minutes. The product is quickly removed from the oven and cooled in air .. The sensitivity of the X-ray phosphors obtained was estimated by the amount of stored light sum. To do this, the phosphors were irradiated for 1 min with X-rays with a dose of 10 X-rays, and then illuminated with infrared light. The magnitude of the light sum, emitted by the sample, was determined by the graphical integration of the ejection curve. The results obtained for the phosphors that were made by known and proposed methods are shown in the table. As can be seen from the table, the storage of the light sum of the phosphor manufactured by the proposed method exceeds the storage of the light sum of the phosphor produced by the method of the prototype by 50-60%.
