Description

Изобретение относитс  к производству минеральных удобрений и может быть использовано дл  получени  медленнодействуюгчего азотного удобре ни , примен емого под различные сельскохоз йственные культуры. Известен способ получени  азотного удобрени  путем нейтрализации азотной кислоты a iмиaкoм с последугатими упариванием раствора, гранулированием , сушкой и охлаждением продукта 1 . В результате осуществлени  этого способа получаетс  аммиачна  селитр котора  имеет слеживаемость до 50 кг/см и растворимость 1780 г/л, что не позвол ет использовать ее в качестве медленнодействуюгчего азотного удобрени . Известен также способ получени  медленнодейству01,его азотного удобр ни  - монометилолмочевины - путём растворени  мочевины в растворе фор мальдегида в нейтральной или слабо щелочной среде при мол рном ртношении мочевина: орг1альлегид, равном 1 12. Продукт, полученный этим способо . {мо юметилолмочевина) имеет слеживаемость 0,5-2,0 кг/см и растворимость в воле 69 г/л. Целью изобретени   вл етс  устранение слеживаегюсти медленнодействующего азотного удобрени  и снижение его растворимости. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем что раствор монометилолмочевины смешивают с аммиачной селитрой при кип чении в мольном соотношении 3,9:1,1 - 4,2:0,8 с последугсн.ими упариванием смеси на 20-50% от первоначального объема и сушкой продукта. В результате образуетс  химическое соединение формулы NHi, MOj/ «4СО (NH2)j , содержагт{ее азот в амиднрй, аммиачной и нитратной (ормах , растворимость которого уменьшена до 3 г/л. Ввиду такой малой растворимости продукт гюжет быть использован в качестве медленнодействующего азотного удобрени . Это удобрение не слеживаетс  и представл ет собой белый мелкокристаллический порошок с размером частиц 0,20 ,3 мм.
