(54) ADJUSTABLE STABILIZER ELEMENT
AC VOLTAGE The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in alternating voltage regulators. Regulatory elements of variable voltage stabilizers are known. . The first of the known devices {l contains two anti-parallel thyristors connected between the input terminal and the output of the output transformer. The second of the known G2 devices, which is the closest technical solution to this invention, contains at least two pairs of thyristors connected in opposite directions connected between one of the input terminals and the output of the corresponding winding section of the output transformer. The disadvantage of these AC voltage regulators is to reduce the reliability of the circuit with fully closed thyristors, when there are no signals from the thyristor control circuits, in this mode the maximal voltage of the network is applied to the electrodes anode cathode of the thyristors, which is usually much higher In addition, the voltage that is applied to the thyristors in the voltage stabilization mode. The aim of the invention is to increase reliability. This goal is achieved by the fact that the anode of each of the thyristors connected to the output winding of the output transformer is connected to the emitter of the corresponding pnp transistor, and the control electrode through the inserted chain of series-connected diode and resistor to the collector of the same transistor, and the emitter-base transitions of each of the transistors are shunted by the corresponding input chain of parallel-connected reverse diode and resistor, and the bases of these same transistors are interconnected Bweden cut is a chain of a resistor and two opposite-connected zener diodes. stabilization voltages of which exceed the amplitude value of the voltage of the corresponding winding section of the output transformer. The drawing shows a diagram of a regulating element of a variable voltage stabilizer. The stabilizer regulating element contains thyristors I and 2, 3 and 4 connected in opposite directions, connected respectively to sections 5 and 6 of transformer 7. The anode of thyristor I is connected to the emitter of transistor 8, and the control electrode of the thyristor through diode 9 and resistor 10 to the collector of transistor 8. Similarly, the anode of the thyristor 2 is connected to the emitter of transistor II, and the control electrode of the thyristor 2 via diode 12 and resistor 13 to the collector of transistor II. The emitter-base transition of the transistor 8 is bridged by a diode 14 and a resistor 15 The emitter-base transition of a transistor 11 is bounded by a diode 16 and a resistor 17. The bases of transistors 8 and II are interconnected through a resistor 18 and the zener diodes 19 and 20 opposite, voltage stabilizing Uj which exceed the amplitude value of the voltage U-jj of section 5-6 of Transformer 7. 7. The control pulses are applied to the thyristors 1, 2, 3, 4 through the circuits 21-24. The circuit operates as follows. In voltage stabilization mode, the circuit operates in the same way as other known voltage stabilizers. With the beginning of the half-cycle half cycle, at time t, thyristor I opens. Then, at time fc2, thyristor 3 opens. A reverse voltage is applied to thyristor 1, which closes this thyristor. In the course of the stabilizer, you get a voltage jump. Similarly, with the onset of the negative half-cycle at time (r, thyristor 2 opens. Then, at time, thyristor 4 opens. Reverse voltage is applied to thyristor 2, which closes thyristor 2. At the output of the stabilizer, a surge voltage is also obtained. The thyristors 1-4 are applied to the voltage of section 5-6 of the transformer 7. Since the voltage and section 5-6 of the transformer 7 are less than the voltages U and Ui, the zener diodes 19 and 2O do not penetrate, there is no current through them, and transistors 8 II closed. The sources 14 and 17 shunt the emitter-base transitions of transistors and 11, spontaneous switching of w transistors 8 and 11 does not occur when the collector reverse currents. In the absence of control signals with the beginning of a half-period, the thyristors 1-4 are closed. When the network voltage Ugj (for example , in the positive half-period, the stabilizing voltage of the Zener diode 2O exceeds 0, the Zener diode 20 breaks through and enters the voltage stabilization mode. With the resistor 18, the zener diodes 19, 20 and the diode 16 are fed to the base of the transistor 8, the transistor 8 opens, h Through a resistor 10 and a diode 9, an opening voltage is applied to the control electrode of the thyristor I, and the thyristor 1 is opened. Similarly, in the negative half-period, when the supply voltage reaches Gf, Zener diode 19 is punched through diode 14, resistor 18, zener diodes 19 and 20 to direct current bias to transistor II, transistor 11 to open, through resistor 13 and diode 12 to control electrode thyristor 2, an opening voltage is applied, and thyristor 2 is opened. In this mode of operation, thyristors 1-4 supply a voltage equal to the voltage DI and Ui. After opening the thyristors 1-2, the transistors 8 and 11 are closed and do not participate in the work. Diodes 14 and 16 provide protection for the emitter-base transitions of transistors 8 and 11 against large reverse voltages. The voltages J (KJj 6ynyT with the maximum voltages that will be applied to thyristors 1-4. The voltages Ijjj and you only need to select a little more than the voltage of section S-6 trans1) of the ormator 7. The thyristors in this mode of operation are under voltages U and Uj, which are much less than the network voltage, which will increase the reliability of the circuit and apply thyristors 1–4 with a low permissible voltage anode cathode.
