Известен поршень дп двигател внутреннего сгорани из алюминиевого сппава, содержащий головку, св занную с теплоизо л ционной накладкой, и колдевую вставку из износостойкого материала, образующую вмес.те с внутренними поверхност ми голов ки и накладки кольцевую полостьдл охлаждающей среды TlX Однако соединение накладки с головкой и кольцевой вставкой в таких поршн х не обеспечивает необходимой герметичности полостей охлаждени поршн вследствие неравномерного нагрева и перемещений. Это снижает эксплуатационную надежность поршн и двигател в цепом. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение надежности поршн . Поставленна цепь достигаетс изменением системы креплени и расположени элементов поршн путем ограничени радиальных перемещений его накладки. Дп этогЪ накпадка св зана с головкой при помощи резьбового соединени и снабасена посадочным .выступом под внутренний диаметр вставки, ограничивающим ее радиальное перемещение. На чертеже изображен продольный разрез предлагаемого поршн . Поршень имеет юбку 1 и головку 2, на которую устансжлена копьдева вставка 3 с канавками дп поршневых колец, термоизол ционна накладка 4 с опорным буртом 5 и посадочным выступом 6, фиксирующим кольцевую вставку 3 от радиальных смещений. Соединение -термоизол ционной «акладки 4 с головкой 2 осуществлено с помощью резьбового соединени 7, а между вставкой 3, головкой 2 и термоизол ционной накладкой 4 образована полость 8 дп циркул ции охлаждающей жидкости. The piston has a skirt 1 and a head 2, onto which a cartridge 3 insert with grooves dp of piston rings is fitted, a thermal insulation pad 4 with a support collar 5 and a landing projection 6 securing the annular insert 3 from radial displacements.
