Description
16,5,(54) METHOD FOR CLEANING SOLID BULK SOLUTIONS The invention relates to methods for treating wastewater and mohset used for cleaning pulverized solutions used for preserving hides in enterprises with processing industries in the pulp industry. A known method of purification of tizluznyh solutions by heat treatment with the separation of coagulated proteins I. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a method for purifying a tanning solution, including the introduction of coagulant and separating coagulated products by flotation by feeding compressed air into the solution. 30% hydrochloric acid is introduced into the solution as coagulant. After supplying the compressed air to the solution, the sedimentation and separation of suspended solids is carried out. {2 That protein content in purified water is 0.134%, suspended solids - 0.1 g / l, bacterial about semenity equal to 260000 m / o in 1 m. The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of purification. This goal is achieved by introducing slurry waste from the production of ethyl aluminum chloride as a coagulant. In the process of reacting diethyl aluminum chloride with components of the solution, hydrochloric acid and hydrogen gas are released. This contributes to coagulation of contaminations and their floating on the surface of the treated effluent. In addition, the sludge wastes from the production of diethylaluminum chloride have the following elemental composition, weight,%: Sodium13.1-13.7 Aluminum 12.8-14.9 Chlorine53.3-56.4 Carbon 12.8-17.5 Hydrogen "1 , 9-2.9 Bromo, 0.1-0.3. In order to carry out the process, a purified solution is poured into the sludge of the production of aluminum dimethyl chloride. Foamed coagulated precipitate is filtered. Example. Kb g uinaMa production of diethylaluminium chloride containing, wt.%: Sodium 12.1, a.pyu mini 13.2, chlorine 54.5, carbon 16.5,
The coagulated and foamed precipitates are separated from the solution by filtration through a filter paper.
0,015%.Suspended solids are not detected in purified water. Bacterial insemination is 1625 m / o in 1 ml, the protein content does not exceed 0.015%.
Example 2. K81: sludge produced in diethyl aluminum chloride containing, in weight,%: sodium 13.7, aluminum 14, y, chlorine 56.4, carbon 12.8, hydrogen 2.1, bromine 0.1, the rest is water, 300 ml of the contaminated tartar solution is poured (Coagulated and foamed precipitates are separated from the solution by filtering through a filter paper,
0,008%.There are no suspended substances in purified water. Bacterial contamination is 250 ppm in 1 ml, the protein content does not exceed 0.008%.
Froze To 12 g of sludge produced in production of diethylaluminum chloride, containing, wt%: sodium 13.25, aluminum 14.6, chlorine, 53, 6, carbon 15.4, hydrogen 2.91, bromine 0.14, the rest is water, they pour in 300 ml of contaminated hemlock solution. The coagulated and foamed sediment is separated from the solution by filtration through a filter paper.
In purified water, protein and suspended substances are absent. Bacterial contamination is 75 moles per ml.
The advantage of the proposed method is an increase in the degree of purification. The method is more simple to perform, since it eliminates the need to supply compressed air to the treated solution.
