(54) WORKING BODY OF THE EXCAVATOR FOR DIGGING TRANCHES
The invention relates to the field of earthmoving machinery, namely to working bodies for the development of trenches in frozen soils. Known working body trenchers, including an endless chain mounted on the frame with cutting and transporting elements, the latter having cutting edges protruding above the edges of the blades 1J. The disadvantage of this working body is that when developing a trench, a part of the soil remains in the trench, which reduces the quality of its cleaning. A working body of a trenching machine is known, including endless chains mounted on a frame with cutting and transporting elements fixed on them installed displaced relative to each other 2. However, during the process of excavation, significant soil creeps to the bottom of the bottom, which improves reduces performance. The purpose of this invention is to increase the productivity of the working body. This goal is achieved by the fact that the working body is equipped with cross-section cross-beams mounted on chains, with rods located behind each pair of cutting and transporting elements with the possibility of overlapping the trench width. In this case, the brushes are made metallic. FIG. 1 - the working body of the excavator for frozen soils, side view; in fig. 2 - cesspool element, plan view; in fig. 3 shows a section B-B in FIG. 2. The working equipment consists of a frame 1 rotatable in a vertical plane, covered by two endless pulling chains 2. Cutting bodies are mounted on the cross-arms of the chains, which are incisor-like comb 3 along the entire width of my trench; wedges 4, behind which are mounted cesspool elements 5, carrying metal brushes 6.
