Description
(54) MINERAL FEED BIRD ADDITIVE
The invention relates to the production of mineral supplements, in particular, supplementing trace elements intended for feeding to poultry. The known mineral feed additive for feeding birds, containing trace elements: cobalt, iron, manganese / copper, zinc, potassium, methionine in the form of oxides l. A disadvantage of the known mineral dressing is the incomplete content of such trace elements as alumina, titanium and silicon oxide. The aim of the invention is to increase the productivity of poultry, as well as to ensure the nutritional value of the additive by introducing active ingredients such as alumina, titanium and silica as a filler in the proposed feed additive. The technology of preparation of the mineral feed additive includes the following basic operations: grinding / mixing and preparing 3 recipes for mineral feed supplement (1/2, 3), containing each (in wt.%): 30% in one day or two. Thus, in recipe 1 and 2 alumina and titanium are absent, recipe 1, except for alumina titanium, does not contain silicon oxide. The results of feeding the feed additive in animals in birds are shown in the table. Based on the results of the study, the effectiveness of the mineral feed additive for feeding birds can be concluded that the maximum x-ray productivity is obtained
4,2%.when feeding according to the proposed recipe 3, when productivity compared to the control in broilers increased by 19.3%, and the yielding rate in chickens, respectively, by 4.2%.
1,9%.When feeding birds according to the recipe number 2 without the addition of titanium oxide and aluminum, the productivity of weight gain in broilers increased only by 7.3%, and in terms of the production rate - by 1.9%.
Thus, compared with the prototype, an additional 12.1% gain was obtained from broilers and 2.3% egg-laying hens (1488). The economic efficiency as a result of additional production of the NITEL production during the experiment is 12.248 rubles, and per year 48,992 rub.
пта 3 на 2,2% больше от контрольных и на 0,7 больше по сравнению с добавкой по рецепту № 2 (прототип ) .It should be noted that the safety of broilers with the addition of rec.pta 3 to the feed is 2.2% more from the controls and 0.7 more compared to the additive according to recipe No. 2 (prototype).
Consequently, the proposed addition of feeding the poultry has new significant differences in the technical solution of the problem.
