Дл этого в конструкции нижней опоры шпиндел 4aLiie4Ka установлена отверстии диска, охватывает упругий элемент и имеет в нижней торцовой части продольные прорези ,раздел нх4 ее на лепестки, при этом отверстие диска расширено книзу, а на внутре ней поверхности чашечки выполнен кольцевой выступ дл ограничени осевого перемещени упругого элеме та. На чертеже схематически изображена предлагаема нижн опора. Нижн опора шпиндел 1 содержит палец 2 с подшипником скольжени 3, запрессованным в полость нижнего конца шпиндел , диск 4, чашечку 5, упругий б и кольцевой 7 элементы. Нижн торцова часть чашечки 5 с продольными прорез ми, раздел ющими ее на лепестки, запрессовываетс в отверстие диска 4, выполненное расшир ющимис книзу по всей его высоте. Затем нижн торцова часть чашечки 5развальцовываетс так, что с фаской отверсти диска 4 соприкасаю7с только отдельные ее лепестки. В чашечку 5 вставл етс упругий элемент 6с пальцем 2, прижимаемым с нижней стороны кольцевым элементом 7. При этом упругий элемент б будет прижат в осевом направлении к кольцевому выступу внутренней поверхности чашечки .
