Description
The invention relates to electrical equipment, and more specifically to low voltage devices designed for currents of several kiloamps using liquid metal. A device is known that contains a main and arcing circuit 1. However, the disconnected current in the apparatus is not limited, and the liquid metal, while washing the granules of the arc chamber, during operation, leaves films and drops of liquid metal on them, which in the disconnected position during shocks and shocks can spontaneously close the circuit. Closest to that proposed by the technical entity is an apparatus that uses a porous metal impregnated with conductive liquid as a contact. This device contains a movable and stationary solid-metal electrodes, I, which have been installed elastic porosta gasket, impregnated with liquid metal 2. However, in such an apparatus, an open circuit occurs without limiting the current, which is a disadvantage when used in high-current apparatus. The purpose of the invention is to eliminate the open circuit without limiting the current and improving the reliability of the apparatus. The goal is achieved by the fact that a gasket impregnated with liquid metal is made in the form of a spiral-folded tape, fixed at one end on a stationary electrode, and at the other end mounted on additionally mounted racks on the same electrode using springs. FIG. 1 shows a contact node in the on state in FIG. 2 - the same in the disabled. The contact assembly contains stationary electrodes 1 and 2, an insulating column 3, a spring 4, a porous elastic gasket 5 made in the form of a tape impregnated with liquid metal and folded in several layers, a movable electrode 6 and a gasket 7. The current path in the drawing is shown by a dotted line with arrows. In the on state, the current flows across the layers of the gasket and therefore the resistance of the gasket is small (FIG. I). In the process of shutdown, the electrode rises and the springs stretch the tape, sever the layers, and the current until completion

Contrasting the tape in the longitudinal direction is much greater than in Pbperechnoy, which limits the current in the Process, shutdown. . As a tape, a heat-resistant Hi-woven fabric, 5 heat-resistant silica fiberglass, graphite and carbon fabrics are used. The latter are electrically conductive, but their resistivity without impregnation with acid metal is hundreds of times greater than the resistivity of the impregnated fabric., As the impregnating metal is used 1; the gallium-indium-tin melt. fabric and tapping on top of it with a flat object. In such an operation, even many nonwettable fabrics absorb liquid metal, in particular, liquid metal is well absorbed into these fabrics. Resistance to staple 1 An unearthly glass of glass impregnated with liquid metal is about three times the same thickness of the layer of impregnating metal. Applied to the above-mentioned alloy, the resistance of one meter of the impregnated tape with a cross section of 1 mm ststav lzht m. Then the tape is 0.3 mm thick and 1 m long and 40 mm wide and has 8 layers and has resistance

е. с общим сопротивлением цепи 0,01 Ом, увеличивает в процессе отключени йОпротйвлёниё цепи в 21 раз.in the transverse, when all the layers are connected, it is O, 9: 1000000 ohms. So the device installed in the circuit 50 V, switched current 5 kiloampere, i.e. with a total resistance of the circuit of 0.01 ohms, it increases the process of disconnecting the junction of the circuit by 21 times.
