Description

3 7816844The invention relates to the fabrication and testing of materials, in particular, to methods for determining the adhesion of coating of the surface of a metal substrate during electrolysis, olysis. A known method for determining the adhesion of a lubricant to the surface of a metal substrate consists in that a layer of lubricant is applied to the substrate, the substrate is immersed in an electrolyte solution (copper sulfate) and the amount of adhesion of the lubricant to the substrate flQ is determined. The closest to the invention with the technical essence and the achieved result is a method for determining the coating's plating during electrolysis, which consists in the fact that the surface of the substrate is coated, the substrate is immersed in the electrolyte solution and a voltage is applied before the start of electrolysis 2. The lack of known The methods are poor in the determination of the adhesion of the coating to the substrate, since they do not accurately determine the surface area of the coating remaining on the substrate. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of adhesion. To achieve the goal, the energy is determined by which the adhesive properties of the coating are judged. The essence of the method is as follows. The surface of the metal substrate is coated with one of the known methods. The substrate is immersed in the electrolyte solution and a voltage is applied to the metal substrate and the electrolyte prior to the start of the electrolysis. During electrolysis, ions, salts contained in the electrolyte are reduced to a neutral state and deposited on the surface of a metal substrate, while the coating is destroyed. At the same time, the electrolysis energy is determined, according to which the adhesive properties of the coating are judged. The energy will be the greater, the higher the adhesive strength of the coating to the surface of the T 1 metal substrate. The formula of the invention for the method for determining the adhesion of a coating to the surface of a metal substrate during electrolysis, comprising 3 7816844
