The invention relates to K-electrical engineering, in particular to the rotors of large synchronous electric motors in the same pole. The poTOiS of a synchronous electropolar electric machine is known, containing a core, poles and located on poles consisting of several single-turn single excitation coils, isolated from the poles and the rotor core i. Isolation is carried out with getinkix washers reinforced with steel washers. A significant disadvantage of this version of the rotor is that the washers occupy a significant part of the height of the core of the pole, which limits the number of turns in the coil. Also known is a rotor of a synchronous EXPLOSIVE electric machine, in which the field winding coils are insulated from the pole by pressed fiberglass robe, and from the pole shoes and the core of the rotor from fiberglass laminate shields 121. These washers also take up a lot of space at the pole; Besides,. due to their considerable thickness, the heat transfer during the operation of the electric machine from coils to the pole shoes and the rotor core is deteriorated. . The aim of the invention is to improve the performance characteristics of the rotor of an electric machine. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the known rotor of a synchronous BNPole electric machine, the extreme upper and lower turns and the output of each coil of the excitation winding are made with a body thermosetting insulation covering them along the entire perimeter of the cross section. FIG. 1 shows the rotor of an electric machine in cross section; in fig. 2 - coil pole in the section. On the insulated cores of the poles 1, mounted on the core of the rotor 2, are mounted the coils 3 of the excitation winding. The turns of the coils are made of tire copper with zolocia 4 between turns. Extreme one or several upper coils 5 and lower coils 6 are made with case thermosetting insulation 7, for example, from several layers of glass-mica tape m for mechanical strength of one or two layers of glass banding; 7ent on an epoxy binder.
