(54) Lift mast
е.снизить трудоемкость изготовлени .The invention relates to hoisting and transporting devices, in particular to masts of construction hoists. Closest to the invention is a lift mast containing dockable sections made with face frames connected with each other by longitudinal elements with braces 1. A disadvantage of the known device is the relatively high labor intensity of manufacture associated with the increased accuracy required for reliable docking sections. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the labor intensity of manufacture and speed up installation. This goal is achieved by the fact that the end frames are made with profile cuts, and the ends of the longitudinal elements are made with a configuration that follows the shape of the profile cuts, with the ends of the mast frames offset from the ends of the longitudinal elements in a plane parallel to the longitudinal axis of the mast. FIG. 1 shows the mast sections to be joined, general view; in fig. 2 - node I in figure 1; in fig. 3 is a view A of FIG. 2; in fig. 4 node P in FIG. 1. The mast contains end frames I with profile notches 2 and 3 and ends 4, longitudinal elements 5 having finished ends 6 and 7 and untreated planes 8 and 9, and braces 10. When assembling sections of the mast, longitudinal elements 5 are installed in notches 2 and 3 end frames 1 of each section, while the ends 4 of frame 1 are offset relative to the machined ends 6 and 7 in a plane parallel to the longitudinal axis XX of the mast. The accuracy of the joining of two adjacent sections and self-centering between them is achieved by the interaction of the planes of the profile cuts 2 and 3 of the end frame 1 with the untreated planes 8 and 9 of the longitudinal elements 5 and between the machined ends 6 and 7. The invention allows to eliminate complex operations in the manufacture of sections when it is necessary to fasten the sleeves or fingers on the ends of some longitudinal elements, process the sockets for them on the ends of the longitudinal elements of the adjacent section and combine them, i.e., reduce the labor intensity eni
In addition, due to the simplicity of the structural design of the elements of the joining of the sections, the accuracy of the docking is ensured, while their exact processing is not required.
