Description

The invention relates to the leather goods industry, and in particular to devices for installing frame locks on products.

A device is known for crimping and releasing 5 frame locks of leather goods products, comprising a rotary table with fixed plates mounted on it in several tiers carrying matrixes, and movable bearing punches, and ¹⁰ drive (1].

Its disadvantage is that it does not provide independent operation of certain groups of dies and punches, which is inconvenient when working with different models of ¹⁵ locks.

The purpose of the invention is to improve operating conditions. To achieve this goal, the device comprises a pusher kinematically connected to the drive by means of a ²⁰ two-shouldered lever, and the movable plates are interconnected by means of spring-loaded rods having grips at the ends and mounted to engage the grippers with the pusher when the table is turned 25 to its working position.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a General view of the device.

The device comprises a rotary table 1, on which are mounted the fixed ³⁰ plates 2 and 3, the carrier matrix 4 and 5, the movable plates 6 and 7 with punches 8 and 9 and the guides 10. The movable plates 6 and 7 are connected to each other by rods and grippers 12 at the ends and springs 13.

The drive contains a pneumatic cylinder 14, at the end of the rod of which a roller 15 is installed. The rod of the pneumatic cylinder is connected by a two-arm lever 16 with a pusher 17.

The device also contains a stroke compensator 18, which is a package of Belleville springs.

The position of the table 1 is fixed using the latch 19, the casing of which serves as a support for the table in the working position.

To turn on the device, use the pedal 20.

The device operates as follows. An unpressed lock is installed between the die 4 and the punch 8 for expanding it, and an unlocked lock with the product body inserted into it is between the die 5 and the punch 9 for crimping. The pedal 20 includes a pneumatic cylinder 14. Plates 6 and 7, due to the clutch of the pusher 17 and the gripper 12, are lowered. There is an expansion of the frame lock on the upper tier of plates and compression of the castle on the lower.

Thanks to the stroke compensator 18, the locks are evenly crimped at various thicknesses of the product material. At the end of the stroke, release the pedal 20, the plates return to their original position.

When changing the model of the frame lock, the latch 19 is lowered and, by turning the table 1, the slabs with corresponding dies and punches are inserted into the working position.

Claim A device for crimping and expanding frame locks of leather goods products, comprising a rotary table with fixed plates carrying dies mounted on it in several tiers and movable, bearing punches, and a drive, characterized in that, in order to improve operating conditions, it contains 5 a pusher kinematically connected to the drive by means of a two-shouldered lever, and the movable plates are interconnected by means of spring-loaded rods having grips at the ends and installed with the possibility of engaging the grippers from the sense elem when turning the table into the working position.
