Description

The subject of the invention is a plant for hydraulic cleaning of casting with regeneration of waste sands.

A distinctive feature of the proposed installation is the use of a vibrating grating, under which the blocked classifier tank with a conical bottom is blocked; air and water nozzles are brought to the surface of the tank.

The drawing schematically shows a section of the proposed installation.

The scheme of installation work is following.

From the hydrotreating chamber / water, it flows by gravity into the baccassifier 3. From the tank, water enters the septic tank 9, from which the recycled water is sent to the septic tank 10 from the septic tank 10 to the reservoir.

At the time of cleaning, the sump is decommissioned in the hydraulic system. To do this, when cleaning the septic tank 9 at the gutter 8, the end cap opens and water, the settling tank 9, is poured from the classifier tank into the septic tank.
