Description
давление сжатого газа в емкости поддерживают посто нньом.the pressure of the compressed gas in the tank is kept constant.
Figure 1 shows the level of the liquid metal in the siphon and the drain channel at the time the metal reaches the drain sock; Fig. 2 shows a decrease in the level of the liquid metal during the dosing process.
The proposed method of dosing is carried out as follows.
2 заштрихован).Compressed gas is supplied to the hermetically sealed heated tank 1 via pipeline 2 until the level of the liquid metal in the drain channel 3 reaches the fill level (drain toe) controlled by the sensor 4. At this moment, the metal in the siphon 5 and in the drain channel is at the same level (see Fig. 1). The subsequent supply of compressed gas is carried out into the chamber of the siphon 5 via pipeline 6, and the pressure of the compressed gas in the tank is kept constant by the regulating device 7. When the time is up, the pressure in the siphon chamber is depressed, and the filling is stopped. When issuing a subsequent dose, the operation is repeated. The metal in the siphon is set at the level of pouring before the next supply of compressed gas. Consequently, a chamber in a siphon in which an overpressure is created, for each dose delivered, has the same volume, and the volume of the metal displaced from the siphon for equal doses is the same (shaded in Fig. 2).
The subsequent supply of compressed gas is carried out with a pressure lower in magnitude than the pressure initially created in the vessel to reach the liquid metal of the pouring level, and even less than the pressure of the compressed gas when it is subsequently supplied in a known manner when the gas is fed directly into the vessel. as the pressure increases as compared with the original.
Consequently, according to the proposed method, the flow is carried out with the same pressure, the process control pressure decreases.
дозировани и не требуетс корректировка порции сжатого газа, как в известном способе.batching and adjustment of the portion of compressed gas is not required, as in the known method.
В результате этого упрощаетс процесс, и повышаетс точность дозировани .In addition, by maintaining a constant pressure in the tank during the dispensing process, the metering error associated with gas leakage from the tank is eliminated. As a result, the process is simplified, and the metering accuracy is improved.
Compressed air was supplied to the vessel through the central tube until the level of the melt reached the level of the drain tip. The pressure in the vessel was 0.025 atm and was kept constant. After that, pressure was applied through the choke to the siphon chamber of 0.01 atm for a certain period of time (5 s).
At the end of the pouring time, the pressure in the siphon was released, and the dosing was stopped. At the same time, a dose of 0.25 kg was obtained. A subsequent series of experiments showed that the dosing error of the proposed method does not exceed 2%, and the pressure of compressed air, when it is subsequently fed into the siphon chamber, remained constant and equal to 0.01 atm.
