Description
I; на фиг. (54) OCtAHOBKH MECHANISM The invention relates to transport engineering, and more specifically to mechanisms for temporary stopping and engagement with a suspension of an overhead conveyor. A device for stopping carts of an overhead conveyor is known, comprising; an eccentric mounted on a trolley, which is complete with a shaped hole, and the eccentric height is greater than the distance between the conveyor shelves l}. A disadvantage of the known device are the large shock loads during operation. The closest known to the invention is the stopping mechanism, which includes a housing with a locking plate rotatable in a horizontal plane, a lock of its working position and spring-loaded levers with rollers 2 The disadvantage of such a mechanism is its unreliability. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of work. The goal is achieved by the fact that the stop mechanism is provided with regulating rotation limiters, and the levers are installed on both sides of the locking plate with the possibility of contacting the free ends with the side surface of the plate. FIG. 1 shows the stop mechanism, a general view; in fig. 2 - B1 and A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 shows a section BB in FIG. 1; FIG. 4 is a view of B in FIG. I; in fig. 5 is a view of FIG. one; in fig. 6 shows the arrangement of the mechanism. The stop mechanism consists of a plate 1 fixed to the base 2 by means of a hinge 3. Plate I is made with a hole 4 for fixing its working position. The latch of the working position of the plate is a pin 5 supported by a spring 6 and connected by means of a lever 7 to the bar 8 of the electromagnet 9. The electromagnet 9 is mounted on the base 2 vertically with the opposite side of the plate 1. Symmetrically relative to the plate 1 at an acute angle to it on the base 2 daar nerno fixed two shoulders levers 10. In contact with the plate I end of the levers Yu are rollers 11. The other ends of the levers 10 are connected with springs 12, which are rigidly fixed on the base 2 at a right angle to p Levers 10. The stop mechanism is also equipped with rotation stops 13 mounted at the spring-loaded ends of the levers 10. The position of the stop relative to the lever is adjusted by a screw 14, and the length of the spring 12 is adjusted by a screw 15. The stop mechanism is fixed on the unloading device 16, which in turn is mounted on a monorail tracks 17. Parallel to the monorail track, an overhead chain conveyor 18 is mounted with harnesses 19. The stopping mechanism works as follows. When the chain conveyor 18 is moving, suspension 19, approach to formation I, abuts against it. With the help of 12 and rotation stops 13, the levers 1 hold plate 1 in a strictly defined middle position. At this moment, the bolt 5 of the working position lock is under the hole 4. With its further movement under the weight, it deflects the plate to the side and passes on. To activate the stop mechanism at the right time, the voltage is applied to the electrical
