Description
The present invention relates to an improvement of the process for the preparation of isocyanuric acid trnallyl ester (triadyl isocyanurate). Triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) Representat L is of interest as a monomer for preparing polymers by homopolymerizing or copolymerizing it with vinyl, diene, and allyl monomers, and as a crosslinking agent for polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polybutadiene, acrylic and unsaturated polyester resins. The plastics obtained on the basis of trilyl isocyanurate are distinguished by high surface hardness and heat resistance. A known method for producing trilyl isocyanurate by reacting an allyl halide with a dry alkaline salt of cyanuric acid in an organic solvent solvent, for example, N, N-dialkylformamide, at 7O - 120 ° C. The process is carried out for 7-2 hours, at the end of it the inorganic salt and unreacted cyanuric acid are filtered off, then the solvent is distilled off under reduced pressure, and the crude product is washed with an aqueous alkali solution and subjected to vacuum distillation. The output of the TAIC is 8O-9O% fj. The disadvantage of this method is the difficulty of cleaning the product, the complexity of the instrumentation of the process, the need for elevated temperatures, the output is below 9O%. The closest to the technical essence is the method of tsuschenie TAIC by the interaction of allyl chloride with cyanuric acid in a military environment in the presence of a catalyst - salts of monovalent methium at 45-1 OO ° C. Allyl chloride is taken in an amount of 4–10 ms per 1 mole of cyandic acid and fed gradually, while alkali is added to maintain
87% 2.The pH of the medium is not lower than 10. The process takes 0.5–5 hours at 45–10 ° C under atmospheric pressure or (30–65 ° C in RE ™ toklav. At the same time with TAIC, up to 12% D1SPH; L ashaocyanurate (DAIC) is formed, which Separated from the main prod: J by washing with an alkali. The yield TAIC de 87% 2.
Однако и этот способ имеет недостатки - наличие примесей трудноотдел емых от основного продукта, низка степень чистоты получаемого ТАИЦ при выходе ниже 9О%.However, this method also has drawbacks — the presence of impurities that are difficult to separate from the main product; the purity of the obtained TAIC is low at a yield lower than 9O%.
The aim of the invention is to increase the yield and purity of triallyl isocyanurate.
This is achieved by the described method of obtaining triallyl isocyanurate by reacting allyl chloride with cyanuric acid in an aqueous-alkaline medium at elevated temperature in the presence of a catalytic system of copper monochloride — copper powder, taken in an amount of 0.02-0.03 and O, 060, O2 mol per 1 The mole of cyanuric acid, respectively, and before vacuum distillation, the mixture is washed with a 2-5% solution of hydrochloric or sulfuric acid.
