Description

This invention relates to methods for making concrete from crushed stone and cement mortar using vibration.

A feature of the proposed method is the creation of a pre-resistant skeleton of crushed granite, the voids of which are filled with a solution consisting of 3 cement paste and granite sand by means of intensive vibrations. After solidification into the binder, a solid is obtained, in which the granite grains are joined in thin layers of cement stone. Concrete produced in this way is characterized by very high strength.

As aggregates, granite crushed stone should be used, divided into two fractions, with dimensions of 5-Go and 20-25 mm of granite sand with grain from 0.6 to 5 mm. Garnet sand is obtained from the waste of crushed stone plants by removing, from them, the washing of particles smaller than 0.6 mm; sand was washed on a sieve with square openings measuring 0.6 mm.

Portland cement or pozzolanic portland cement of grades not lower than 500 should be used as a substance. To obtain a concrete of grades not lower than 600, its composition should correspond to the data given in the table. No. 76359 Subject of the Invention 1. A method of manufacturing concrete from crushed stone and cement mortar using vibration, characterized in that a mixture of coarse and fine crushed stone placed in a mold is subjected to vibration with the subsequent supply of cement mortar to a mass of rubble with continued vibration 2. Method on tt. 1, which is also distinguished by the fact that granite crushed stone is used as a filler.
