761350A1_1-3.png "style =" width: 69pt; height: 46pt; "/>

The invention relates to shipbuilding and concerns the methods of modular panel assembly of flat hull structures. </ p>

A known method of modular panel </ p>

assemblies of flat hull structures, 5 at which the edges of the sheets are processed, sheets are assembled, edges are placed one parallel to each other and the longitudinal edges of the sheets, while the edges are shifted by one end of the edge of the sheet, and the second is not brought to the opposite edge, then make the joining of the sheets and their connection into a flat design [11 The disadvantage of this technical solution is the high labor intensity of manufacturing and assembly due to large welding deformations. </ p>

The purpose of the invention is to reduce the complexity of manufacturing and assembly by eliminating welding deformations. </ p>

This goal is achieved by processing only transverse joined edges and edges, which are then placed on the side of the protruding edges of the ribs, during the process of welding the ribs, fusing the “idle” rollers onto the panel panel along the edges continuation lines, and after surfacing of the rollers previously not processed edges cut. 30 </ p>

In FIG. 1 shows the sheet assembly; in fig. 2 - installation of ribs; in fig. 3 - stage trimming; in fig. 4 - the stage of assembling sheets into a flat structure; in fig. 5 - installation stage of the transverse set; in fig. 6 — section for assembly of flat hull structures. </ P>

Sheets 1 come from the body-processing shop, complete after processing one sheet along both end edges, and the other along just one end edge. </ p>

By the electromagnetic sheet-laying machine 2, sheets are fed to the assembly and welding stand 3, where they assemble panels and automatically weld one-sided butt joints. On the stand mounted swivel clamping beam 4, which presses the panel to the flux stream. The site provides a platform for 5 storage of finished panels. The transfer of panels to the site is carried out using a floor transport system 6. </ P>

Finished panels arrive at the receiving platforms 7. Then, using an electromagnetic sheet-laying machine 8, the panels can enter the feeding roller table 9 or the position 10 of the accumulation of panels. A set of the required length is served </ p>

3 </ p>

previously in the cassettes 11. With the help of Assembly and welding units 12 perform automatic Assembly and welding of panels of panels and three edges of the set 13. </ p>

When performing welding, “idle” rollers 14 are fused onto the cloth along the continuation lines of the set-edge 13. At the same time, the welding process is not interrupted. The finished panels arrive at the receiving roller tables 15. Here the panels are installed with the front edge 6 pre-machined on the stops, after which plasma cutting of the rear transverse 17 and longitudinal 18 edges is performed. </ P>

Finished module panels are fed by reloaders 19 to storage areas 20. Subsequently, the module panels are delivered to a dedicated area for joining with each other, and then to the installation of cross-set 21 and the completion of the flat sections. </ p>

The application of the proposed method allows you to eliminate the deformation of the panels after welding the set edges and thereby reduce the labor intensity of manufacturing and provide the ability to create typical standard module panels. </ p>

Module panels, as assembly units, are universal and can be used in the hulls of vessels of various classes and purposes. They are the primary elements of unification and standardization in shipbuilding. </ P>

4 From typical module-panels it is possible to form any flat hull structures. At the same time, there is no need for fitting-up and cutting-up work. </ P>
