Способ осуществл етс  следующим образом.The method is carried out as follows.

На смежных позвонках цилиндрической фрезой 1 (диаметр которой равен меньщему диаметру конусной части режущего элемента 2 дл  обработки ложа) выполн ют ложе цилиндрической формы (фиг. 3). Затем режущим элементом 2, враща  щток-руко тку 3, придают ложу коническую форму, одновременно нареза  на его поверхности коническую резьбу с помощью режущей части 4 (фиг. 4). После этого устанавливают окна 5 режущего элемента 2 против межпозвонковой щели и острой ложечкой через окна 5 производ т (фиг. 5) удаление остатков диска. При этом конусна  поверхность 6 элемента 2 плотно контактирует с губчатой поверхностью дефекта в позвонках, купиру  кровотечение.On adjacent vertebrae, a cylindrical cutter 1 (whose diameter is equal to the smaller diameter of the tapered part of the cutting element 2 for treating the bed) is made up of a cylindrical bed (Fig. 3). В заготовленном транплантате цилиндрической формы выполн ют пазы, и введ  в них цшпы 7 щтока-руко тки 3, вставл ют трансплантат в полость режущего элемента 8 дл  обработки трансплантата. Враща  шток-руко тку 3, нарезают коническую резьбу на трансплан тате. После этого трансплантат вставл ют в замещаемое ложе и с помощью штока руко тки ввинчивают его в конусное отверстие с конической резьбой (фиг. 6). В случае необходимости (дополнительна  подгонка и пр.) трансплантат может быть вывинчен из ложа, а затем вновь ввинчен в него. Предложенна  методика переднего стабилизирующего спондилодеза позвол ет знаштельно уменьшить осложнени  благодар  предупреждению миграции трансплантата в послеоперационный период. Срок постельного пребывани  больных с целью профилактики смещени  трансплантата сокращен до 5-6 недель. Наблюдени  над болыа1ми, оперированными по новой методике , не вы вили ни одного случа  осложнени  из-за 1 миграции трансплантата. Значительно облегчаетс  процедура подгонки трансплантата (удаление выступающей части и др.) благодар  возможности свободного извлечени  : трансплантата путем вывинчивани  его из ложа. Операционна  кровопотер  из костной раны снижаетс  в среднем на 60-70%.
