Предлагаемый останов койлера «ардочесальной машины предназначаетс дл устранени несчастных случаев в чесальном отделе пр дильной фабрики, происход щих при неосторожном обращении с шестерн ми койлера.The proposed stop for the coiler of an arboring machine is intended to eliminate accidents in the carding department of the spinning mill occurring during careless handling of the coiler gear.

Существенной частью механизма вл етс шатун В, один конец которого шарнирно соединен с рычажной передачей В, а другой также шарнирно соединен с крьТшкой А койлера при помоши пластинки Р. К шатуну В, который может двигатьс в направл ющих С, С (фиг. 1), прикреплена с помощью гаек К ползушка D, имеюща возможность перемещатьс в вертикальных прорезах L (фиг. 2), сделанных в боковых стенках койлера. На верхнюю сторону ползушки D опираетс коническа шестерн Е, котора участвует в вертикальном движении лолзушки Z по, шпонке Z вертикального вала S койлера. Точно такой же механизм установлен и на другой боковой стенке койлера. Действие механизма состоит в том,что при открывании крышки А койлера шатун -В опускает вниз передачу Б и соединенную с нею ползушку D, а это влечет за собой расцепление шестерен Е F, вследствие чего койлер немедленно останавливаетс .An essential part of the mechanism is the connecting rod B, one end of which is pivotally connected to the lever transmission B, and the other end is also pivotally connected to the coiler’s arm A with the aid of plate R.
