This goal is achieved by introducing a second key, a key connected to the nerve input of the adder, and an output device to a phase modulator, a second key, an oscillation analyzer, and a phasing node, with the output of the second key connected to the second input of the adder, the output of which is connected to the input of the vibration analyzer, and the controlled inputs of the mentioned switches are independently connected to the two outputs of the phasing node. The drawing shows a structural electrical circuit of a phase modulator. Phase modulator contains precision keys 1-1, 1-2 and adder 2, the output of which is connected to the input of the analyzer 3 oscillations. The controlled inputs of keys 1-1 and 1-2 are separately connected to the outputs 4 and 5 of the phasing node 6. The bus 7 is supplied with reference pulses, the spike 8 is the bias voltage, the bus 9 is the input slow voltage. Works phase modulator as follows. The bias voltage from the bus 8 and the input slow voltage from the spikes 9 are switched by keys 1-1 and 1-2 with frequency /, and the durations of their closed and open states are equal, shifted in time by a quarter of a period (which is equivalent to shifting phase on l / 2). Due to this, square-wave square-wave type oscillations are fed to the inputs of the adder 2, phase-shifted pa l / 2, with amplitudes of ohm (8) (9), respectively. The adder 2 produces a summation of the obtained rectangular oscillations, as a result of which a step voltage is applied to the input of the oscillation analyzer 3, the harmonic spectrum of which consists of odd harmonics of frequency /. The oscillation analyzer 3 selects the desired harmonic, the phase shift of which (like the other harmonics) relative to one of the key switching times is a function of the magnitude of / in / sy {/, z (-, t, YWl cm sin X Xl2it / C / + ( 01. where K 1, 3, 5, ... is the harmonic number; Y2 is the transfer coefficient of the adder 2; knots is the transfer coefficient of the analyzer of 3 oscillations, (/) ± arctg /; ± /, 52 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 45 50 55 60 6 At this, the modulation characteristic of AF () passes through zero, and the error of its nonlinearity does not exceed the value of / 2 T. The required switching rate of precision switches 1-1 and 1-2 determines by the phasing node 6. At the same time, the meadr at the output 5 is phase shifted relative to the meander at the output 4 by l / 2. The operation of the phasing node b is synchronized by the reference pulses. If the phase shift of the output harmonic is desired negative AF (/) 0 square wave at output 5; in the case of Df (r) 0, the phase is measured relative to output 4. Compared with the prototype, the proposed phase modulator provides greater stability and higher accuracy: the phase shift is determined by the ratio / 1: input / cm n Isit from the transfer coefficients of the adder 2 and the converter 3 oscillations; the modulation characteristic passes through zero; the modulus of a cioppa characteristic has a high slope throughout its entire working area (including near the village, it is sufficient to reduce the value of cm); the linearity of AF (/) over a wide range can be adjusted by choosing the ratio max-Cwx. max, / - SyB In general, stability increases by 5-6 times, and accuracy — ten times mainly due to the increase in the slope (/) / a /, i.e., the sensitivity of the phase modulator. | formula of the invention Phase modulator containing an adder, a key connected to the first input of the adder, and an output device, characterized in that, in order to increase phase stability, a second key, an oscillation analyzer and a phasing node, with the output of the second key connected to the second input of the adder, the output of which is connected to the input of the vibration analyzer, and the controlled inputs of said keys are independently connected to the two outputs of the phasing node.
