The invention relates to a transformer industry and can be used in the assembly of laminated magnetic circuits. The laminated magnetic cores of a transformer with oblique joints of plates 1 are known. A disadvantage of such a magnetic circuit is the complexity of the plates, of which the magnetic circuit is blended, and the complexity of its assembly. The transformer magnetic circuit is also known, containing plates with oblique cuts at an angle of 45 °, the joints of which are dispersed and located in the angular and T-shaped zones of the magnetic circuit 2. In this device, there is an additional small plate at the junction of the rods and the frames parallel to the cut plates of the rods and the frame. This plate is welded to one side with a rod or frame plate, and the other side is joined with a corresponding frame or rod plate. The corner plates are alternately welded in one layer with a frame plate, and in the other with a plate rod and mixed, one OT relatively the other, so that an overlap joint is obtained. The ferromagnetic material of the corner plate is oriented along the short sides of the plate. The disadvantages of the known magnetic circuit are the complexity of the shape of the corner plate and the need to weld the rods and the frame with the corresponding plates, the complexity of the assembly to ensure overlapping of the joints, the difficulty of providing the required plate thickness at the welding site with reliable mechanical and magnetic connection, without disturbing the electrical insulation of the plates. In addition, in the region of the inner corner there remain triangular regions not filled with steel, and it is here that the highest inductions and stray fields are observed, which causes large losses in the magnetic circuit. The purpose of the invention is to reduce losses in the magnetic circuit and simplify its assembly. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a laminated transformer magnetic circuit containing plates with oblique cuts at an angle of 45 °, the joints of which are dispersed and located in angular and T-shaped zones of the magnetic conductor, in the angular zones are inserted plates in the form of right-angled triangles, and in T- figurative zones are introduced plates in the form of an isosceles trapezium with angles at the base equal to 45 °, overlapping plates of the rod and frame, and filling part of the inner corners of the magnetic core.
The mixture consists of two layers, one of which is assembled from simple plates of rods and a frame with an oblique butt at an angle of 45 °. The second layer uses the specified triangular and trapezoidal plates, together with the plates of rods and rome cut at 45 °. In this case all oblique joints are formed. The advantage of an oblique junction is that the flow, passing through the junction perpendicular to the junction, creates an induction in the junction of US $ 1.41 times less than the induction of the rod, since the section of the oblique junction is hypotenuse, and the section of the rod is the leg of a rectangular isosceles triangle. Their cross sections differ in 1.41, and hence in induction with the same flow. Induction everywhere coincides with the direction of hire. In order to reduce local induction in the inner corner of the core, in contrast to the well-known, where steel-unfilled triangles are formed, the angle is filled with steel by increasing the size of the triangle, which provides greater rigidity of the joints. In addition, during assembly, the plates can be displaced in a direction parallel to the rod while maintaining the cross section of the rods, which makes it possible to disperse the joint and reduce the magnetic stress on it.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic of a binder in the corner zone; in fig. 2 - blended three-phase magnetic circuit, two layers of which are shown by solid and dashed lines, respectively.
The proposed blending is in the corner zone for two layers that alternate during assembly. Two types of plates are used, plate 1 of a rod or a frame of width a, having a rolling orientation along a larger side, the edge of which is cut at a 45 ° angle, an additional 2 angular triangular plate with a rolling orientation along a large side, the smaller side having a length of 2 + L. The size D characterizes the magnitude of the filling angle. The arrows on plates 1 and 2 show the orientation of the rolled products.

Стрелка слева указывает направление смещение слоев, дл рассредоточени стыков.zone and trapezoid in the T-shaped connection of the middle rod with filled inner corners consists of two layers, which alternate during assembly. The first layer is shown in solid lines, and the second layer is shown in dotted lines. Three types of plates are used. Plate 3 has the form of a trapezoid obtained from plate 2 by cutting off a part of the right angle. The arrow on the left indicates the direction of the displacement of the layers, to disperse the joints.
In the above figures, it can be seen that the cross section of oblique joints is V2 1.41 times larger than the cross section of the rod, and therefore the induction at the oblique interface is 1.41 times less. This, together with the use of angled plates with oriented hire, reduces the magnetic stress at the corner zone and the loss in the steel of the magnetic core. Filling the inner corners of the core with steel reduces local induction in the corner. Offset in pairs of layers of the layer allows dispersing the joints. This makes it possible to reduce the magnetic voltage at the corner zone for a given induction compared to, for example, a straight junction twice (with a induction of 1.6 T). A decrease in the magnetic voltage at the corner zone leads to a decrease in the no-load current, since the main part of the amperwitches falls in the corner zone. Loss in core steel is reduced.
