Description
(54) DEVICE FOR FIXING WELLS
II
The invention relates to devices used in fixing oil and gas wells in permafrost conditions.
1.A device for fastening wells, comprising a double-walled case, filters attached to it and destructible fingers 1, is known.
The disadvantage of this device is the unreliability of work in frozen ground conditions.
2.A device for the purpose of well borementing is known, comprising a housing with openings closed by hollow, crushable fingers, and a filter and supporting retaining rings 2 fixed on the housing.
A disadvantage of the known device is that when it is lowered to greater depths or below areas with a nominal and reduced diameter, mashing of the clay-sand mass occurs in the space between the retaining rings and, as a result, the filter is clogged.
The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability of the device by eliminating clogging of the filter during the descent into the well.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the support bands are made in the form of split spring rings and have inserts of readily destructible material for fixing the rings in a compressed state.
FIG. 1 shows a diagram of the proposed device in the transport state; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 - the device is in working position.
7.The device for securing wells includes a cylindrical housing 1 with a sleeve 2, annular sections 3 mounted on the housing with filters 4 and supporting shroud rings 5. The banding rings are split, compressed, recessed into the grooves and fixed in them with massive plates 6. In the housing 1 holes are made, overlapping hollow destroying fingers 7.
The device is installed between the pipes of the conductor 8 so that, after it is lowered into the well, it will be in a cavity above the rocks that retain stability during thawing. After the conductor is lowered, the well is washed with 1–5% hydrochloric acid solution. The magnesium plates 6 are destroyed and the retaining rings 5 are pulled out of the slots due to the elastic forces and occupy the working position. Further work is carried out according to the well-known technology described in the main certificate of authorship. When cementing is pumped, the hollow fingers 7 are cut off by a squeeze plug and after the pressure in the annulus is removed in the annulus, the cement slurry dehydrates in the filter zone 4, which leads to filling the cavity with a cement mass with a reduced water-cement ratio capable of hardening at a negative temperature and forming a high-strength cement a rock.
