у осуI обо оверхэлжны /сили одверДругие одвертаютс м все 1иниесполо вл еэтому , пред ршн , 1 алюэе чуримы/страольцо Зычно )шней фиг . 5“FSp is a piston cut, perpendicular to the axis of the trunnions; FIG. 2 is a longitudinal section of the piston along the axle axis; FIG. 3- cross section of the piston along the axle axis; FIG. 4-perspective view of a part of a piston made of cast iron. The part of the piston, forming the bottom, e and its side surface, is made of aluminum. This part of the piston has in the opposite parts of the surface a recess into which the parts L of the outer shell are made of cast iron (Fig. 4). These parts of the L shell are adjacent to a closed ring or cylinder that covers the piston along its entire side circumference. Inside, the closed ring of the part with the piston is also located on the inner surface of its ring rf, which serves to place the sealing ring (gasket). Inside the b shell part there are holes e. These latter, as well as the ring part if, serve for the joint and the aluminum part with the cast iron one. The piston is made by pouring in such a way that the first manufactured cast iron part of the bed is laid in a mold for the aluminum part. When aluminum is poured into the cast iron shell, it fills the holes in the shell b, so that a proper connection of parts is obtained. To make good holes in the outer cast-iron shell are broadened outwards. Further, the aluminum part of the piston encloses an annular part rf for placing the sealing ring, thus improving the connection of the parts. As can be seen from the drawing, all parts of the cast-iron shell are cylindrical. Thus, this part can be easily and simply obtained by turning on a lathe. In the exemplary embodiment, the cast iron parts of the shell B form the side surfaces of the shell, which must take the lateral forces from the connecting rod, which is why they are subjected to increased wear. Other parts of the shell, which are subjected to less force, are made of aluminum. Thus, the whole piston body consists of aluminum and cast iron parts arranged according to the requirements presented to them. Therefore, in terms of wear, the piston represents the benefits of the cast iron piston, and in terms of weight, it gives the benefits of the aluminum piston. A closed cast-iron ring, to which parts of the shell L are adjacent, eliminates the sound of the piston, since the ring can be made with gaps normally adopted for cast-iron pistons. The subject of the patent. The piston for high-speed internal combustion engines, in which the parts exposed to the most heat are made from metal with good thermal conductivity (e.g. aluminum) and wear parts that are most susceptible to mechanical force, are made from metal with high resistance (e.g. cast iron), characterized by The sliding surfaces L (Figs. 1-4) are integral with the ring base C and have a hole, which, during casting, is filled with the material from which the rest of the piston is made. Others overlap all overlap with each other and all of this is, before the meeting, 1 churima / stololzo Zichno shnoy FIG. five
