- . t . . -. t. . The invention relates to the field of high voltage technology and can be used as a switching element for discharging high-power, low-inductance capacitor batteries. Known dischargers for switching high impulse currents are known, containing electrodes, solid current-conductors to them and insulators holding the electrodes 1. The main drawbacks of such discharges are low reliability and accuracy of operation, due to the fact that the products of arc arc; The ignition on its electrodes, which is ignited during its operation, falls into the closed space between the continuous current leads and is deposited on the surface of the insulators. The use of known screens to protect against the contaminants of the surface of the insulators is ineffective in this case, since the screens, if necessary, must be placed between SPLAW-type current-carrying parts that prevent the arc products from removing insulation from the surface. In addition, for known devices, contamination and damage to the surface of the insulators and a decrease in their electrical strength (54) with a depletion of their strength, which leads to an increase in the probability of spontaneous operation, i.e., a decrease in reliability, are characteristic. The closest of the known technical solutions to this invention is a discharge containing electrodes forming a spark gap, connected to the current leads separated by an insulator, made with windows (2J. 4actH4Hoe removal of the arcing products occurs through the windows in the current lead. However, in the specified bit the movement of a cloud of polluted gases will have a purely turbulent character, which is determined by the shape of the bridges between the windows. As a result, the polluted gas will continuously mix Determined and deposition of erosion products on the surface of an insulator. The purpose of the invention is to increase the stability of the armature operation during long-term operation by increasing the efficiency of removing erosion products from the surface of the insulator. The goal is achieved by the current conductors made as separate parallel-connected discrete rods having a streamlined shape in cross section, curved in the direction from the spark gap. The ycfaHoTBKa flat paths of the products of the arc of shields, with a cross-section of a streamlined shape, guiding the movement of polluted gases in the optimal direction and preventing the radiation of the arc on the surface of the insulators are also provided for. Screens can be made in cross-section in the form of a triangle with rounded corners or: BYT vyPolneny in the form of a plate with rounded edges, set at an angle to the spark gap. The screen can be equipped with a current lead for setting its potential or can be installed on one of the electrodes and form a single whole with it. 1 shows a variant of the discharge in a section in which the insulator is located outside the zone of action of the arc; in fig. 2 — view A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 - Dneck cut in section with a screen on an insulator having a triangle shape with cross-section with rounded corners; in fig. 4 - the cut is cut with a screen in the form of a plate with rounded edges; in fig. 5 is a variant of the discharge in a section in which the screen is provided with a current lead; in fig. 6 is a section of the discharge. With the screen mounted on. one of the electrodes and constituting a whole with it. . . The electrodes 1 and 2 of the discharge (Figs. 1 and 2) are connected by current leads 3 with a circuit in which there is a discharge (not shown in the drawings). The current leads 3 are separated and fixed at a certain distance x | eug from each other by insulator 4. The arc is located in the gap 5 between electrodes 1 and 2. The current leads 3 consist of separate push-rods installed (spaced apart from each other). The cores of the current leads 3 are given a streamlined shape in cross-section, as shown in Fig. I, the electrode 2 is positioned so that the surface of the insulator 4 is in its shadow and does not fall into the zone irradiated by the arc hot in the gap 5 between the electrodes I and 2. The discharge can be sleep. A screen 6 (see Figs. 3-6); the discharge of the present invention works as follows: one of the known methods (for example, a direct overvoltage method) ignites an arc in the gap; 5 between electrodes 1 and 2. B during the arc burning process, gaseous products and dust (as well as ultraviolet radiation) are generated in the cYOpotiy from the arc in the directions indicated by arrows in the drawing. The current of the arc does not interfere with the passage of the products of the arc and its removal from the insulator 4 surface. in FIG. The I and 2 radiation of the Arc also does not hit the surface of the insulator 4, since the latter is located in the shade of the electrode 2. The surface of the insulator 4 is not contaminated and is not damaged by the radiation of the arc .. the presence of the screen in the fuses in FIG. 3-6 allows to improve the protection against contamination of the surface of the insulator 4 and reduce the inductance of the arrester as a whole .. Electrodes of the discharge | ka have an arbitrary shape, such as, for example, spherical and similar (Rogowski electrodes, etc.), linear (in the form of parallel cylinders, etc., as shown in Fig. 16) and curvilinear (for example, in the form of coaxial tori, etc. ) .. .. The operation of the bit of FIG. 3 differs in that a passage is open for the products of arc burning to both sides of the screen, through the gaps between the rods of both current leads. . . .. .. The operation of the bit in FIG. 4 differs from the previous ones in that the products of the arc are directed in one direction, which is expedient for asymmetric designs of the discharge.,. . The operation of the bit of FIG. 5 is characterized in that the screen 6 simultaneously serves as the third electrode. . Two arcs are lit in the gaps 5 formed by electrode 1 and screen 6 and electrode 2 and screen 6. Otherwise, the arrester does not differ from those described earlier. . . . The operation of the discharge. According to FIG. 6 it is different TieM that the functions of the screen are performed by electrode 2, .... ;;. :. . The main advantage of the proposed arrester, as compared to the known ones, is the almost complete elimination of contaminants during the operation of the surface of the insulator 4, which leads to the exclusion of inadvertent discharge of the arrays during the process of raising the voltage on their electrodes inside the gaps. In addition, for dischargers made in accordance with the present invention, the dimensions of insulators 4 are chosen to be substantially smaller relative to known dischargers, since the standards for clean and not contaminated insulation are applied to them. The inductance of the arresters decreases, which is also an advantage of the present invention both by itself and in this case achieved by increasing their speed and accuracy of operation, which is caused by the possibility of applying to a less inductive discharge more abrupt (all other conditions being equal) control impulse.
