(54) EXTRUSION HEAD FOR MANUFACTURING
POLYMER FILM HOSE 12 The invention relates to extrusion heads for the manufacture of tubular film, it can be used in various fields of mechanical engineering for hermetic packaging of products. A known extrusion head for the manufacture of cylindrical articles of polymeric materials, consisting of a hollow mandrel and mouthpiece, rigidly mounted in the body of the head and forming between them a channel for the flow of the polymer melt. In this case, the inner diameter of the mandrel corresponds to a smaller first diameter of the forming slit, and the channel for the melt flow of the polymer is divided by overlapping elements into symmetrically spaced isolated cavities, smoothly expanding and decreasing in height in the direction of material flow and connecting at the outlet of the head to the closed mold. slit with a height that gradually increases from the middle of the isolated cavities to the sides of their connection. P – J A disadvantage of the known head is the difficulty of installation and adjustment of the position of the mandrel. but. Closest to the technical essence of the invention is an extrusion head for the manufacture of tubular polymeric film, comprising a housing, a hollow mandrel made with a spherical protrusion in the middle part and installed between the sealing surfaces of the housing and the centering element, which is mounted with axial displacement relative to the housing 2J. This extrusion head has a number of significant drawbacks. First, the well-known head does not allow high-quality packaging of objects into an extruded polymer film, because when they are packaged, especially large metal ones, the stability of the thermal regime of the head is disturbed as a result of local contact heat removal by packing with the teemeas of their surface. The latter leads to a local overcooling of the hpc polymer melt, an increase in its viscosity and a subsequent break of the lamella sleeve at the place of its exit from the mold gap of the extrusion head. . Secondly, the extrusion head is known, which requires very careful bending out of separate parts of the state; Particularly careful manufacturing is required for the sealing cylinder-ryicheskie and the surfaces of the centering element of the KieSTa and the body of the head, as well as the spherical surface of the mandrel. If the linear dimensions that determine the geometry of these surfaces are inconsistent, a leakage in the seal occurs, thereby reducing the work of the head as a whole. The aim of the inventing is to improve the quality of products when they are packaged, especially large-sized, into manufactured polymer film. This goal is achieved thanks to Tim that the hollow mandrel is provided with a heat-sealing element mounted on. German., A thermally insulating element could be made in the form of a sleeve installed inside the mandrel coaxially to it and forming its outer surface with the inner surface of the mandrel of the insulator. or as decoration ornaments mounted on the inner surface of heat-resistant thermally insulated material. ,,,, -... .-. -, .I In addition, in order to simplify the process, manufacture and ensure the interchangeability of the parts of the head, the sealing body and the centering element are conical. FIG. 1 shows an extrusion head assembly, a slit; in fig. 2 mandrel with insulating sleeve, incision; in fig. 3 -. mandrel with guides, cut. Dorn 2 floors are installed in the head housing 1, which is held by a centering element 3 connected to the head housing by a threaded connection. Thus, the centering element 3 has an axial horizontal displacement capability relating to the head body. The centering element 3 and the body 1 | The 5th section of the Oiche; kimy sections of the 4 and 5, in the area of the sealing surfaces. Dorn 2 is made with a protruding spherical section 6, which also acts as a sealing Surface and divides the mandrel into two parts: the tail 7 and the forming 8 parts. A mandrel 2 is installed between the head housing 1 and the centering element 3 pivotally by clamping the spherical section 6 of the mandrel 2 with the outer ones. the surfaces of the conical section 4. of the centering element 3 and the conical section 5 of the housing 1 of the head. The outer surface of the mandrel forming part 8, together with the inner surface of the forming part 9 of the head housing 1, form a channel 10 for polymer melt flow. . Thanks to the tight contact between the sealing surfaces formed by the spherical 6 and the conical sections 4 and 5, the mandrel is hermetically mounted between the head housing 1 and the centering element 3. The inner diameter of the mandrel (Jf is as close as possible to the diameter of the forming gap, thereby maximizing tight wrapping of the parts to be packed with an extruded film jacket. Inside the mandrel 2 (figure 2) a thermo-insulating element is installed in the form of a sleeve 12, which forms its outer surface With an inner surface of the mandrel, an insulating air cavity 13. In one embodiment of the design of the head, instead of the sleeve 12, along the inner surface of the mandrel 2 (Fig. 3), a guide 14 of heat-resistant heat-insulating material, such as fluoroplastic, is installed. The head bodies 1 have a chamfer that is filled at an angle of 90 to the corresponding forming surface. The head is attached using an adapter to the material cylinder of the extruder (not shown) and through the channel U formed by the outer nofe of the forming part 8 of the mandrel and the inside surface of the forming part 9 of the housing 1 of the head, the melt is extruded
Thermoplastic. At the exit of the forming 1 target of the extrusion head, the melt of thermoplastic is formed into a tubular tubular casing.
The parts to be packed are fed 5 to one into a hot extrudable thermoplastic sheath through an opening in the hollow mandrel.
Due to the fact that the inner ridge of the mandrel opening is maximally close to the diameter of the forming gap, the extruded tubular sheel tightly wraps the parts to be packed, and due to the installation of the thermal insulating element during packing, the stability of the thermal regime of the head is eliminated.
The thickness of the extruded tubular film is adjusted according to the diameter of the slit joint using the adjusting bolts 11 installed in the centering element 3. Thanks. that the mandrel is hermetically mounted between the head body and the centering element, it can, by the force of adjusting bolts on its tail, rotate relative to the center of its spherical sealing surface within the gap of the forming gap.
In this case, the end of the forming part of the mandrel is displaced relative to the forming part of the head, which leads to a change in the size of the forming gap 5 along its diameter, and thereby the distribution of the thickness of the extruded tubular film changes.
This invention makes it possible to simplify the design of the head, to provide for packing into an extrudable polymer film, t, including large ones, as well as to ensure quality packaging.
