The invention relates to an oolaster of electro-optical and electrochemical processing methods and, in particular, relates to an electrode tool for investigating the process of electro-ion processing of the conductor of the material and can be used for investigating phenomena that occur in the interelectrode gap by determining the coordinates of the potential of the discharge bits. A known electrode tool for investigating the electrical erosion process by determining the coordinates of the discharges arising, made in the form of a dielectric base with a working conductive element connected by means of a conductor - with a power source flj. The disadvantages of the known electric tool are the low accuracy of determining the coordinates of the bits in a small time of uninterrupted observation of the process. They are associated with incomplete observability of the discharges under the opaque working conductor of the lumbar element and with the presence of gaps filled with dielectric in it. The latter is the reason that the conditions for the occurrence of the discharges in the experiment are different from the real ones, and the areas of the workpiece under the lumens are not eroded and after some time abut against dielectric, preventing the supply of the device and interrupting the process. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of determining the coordinates of the bits and uvvpnie time of continuous observation of the process. This goal is achieved by the fact that the working conductive element is designed as a hollow cylinder mounted on a dielectric base, and has output contacts that are subsequently diametrically opposed at the edges of the working conductor of the secondary element, and the point of connection of the conductor connected to the power source is It is necessary for D ueirrpe of the non-working end of the conductive element. Performing the working current-carrying element in the form of a hollow cylinder allows using it as a resistive transformation The reference coordinate is the size of the electrical signals and, consequently, the HOF is made solid (without gaps), and the observation of the discharges is carried out by the received signals using known devices, such as oscillographic. For this, the operating current-carrying element is provided with output contacts and is connected to the conductor associated with the source of the pitas in only one place. To increase the linearity and maximum sensitivity of the converter, the output contacts are located diametrically inversely at the edges of the working element, and the point of attachment of the conductor is located in the center of the non-working end of the working element. FIG. 1 shows the electrode-tool, side view with a cut; in fig. 2 is the same view of the dielectric base in FIG. 15 in FIG. 3 electrical replacement circuit for one coordinate; Fig. 4 is a special case of the picture of the electric field of the current in the working element during discharge between the electrodes, view from a hundred of the working end. The working conductor of t-tions element 1 of the electrode-tool is made in the form of a hollow cylinder and mounted on a dielectric base 2, through which the conductor 3 connected to the power supply is passed. Conductor 3 is connected to the center of the non-working end of the current-carrying element 1, and at the edges of element 1, output contours 4 and 5 for the signal along the X coordinate and 6 and 7 for the signal along the Y coordinate of the bits are fixed at two mutually orthogonal diameters. The discharges can be naked between the working end of the tool electrode and the workpiece 8. The dimensions of the tool electrode are determined by the research conditions. For example, its diameter can be from 10 to 200 mm or more, depending on the given area of treatment, the ratio of diameter to cylinder height can be from 1: 1 to 3: 1 or more (in Fig. 1, this ratio is 2 .) The thickness of the conductive element depends on its material. For electroerosioin graphite, it can be equal from O, S to 4 mm and more. In such a design, the electrode tool, in addition to its main working function, also implements the function of the converter of coordinates of bits into electrical signals. Its principle of action for the x npi coordinate of the fixed coordinate GE is explained in FIG. 3, where the working conductive element 1 is depicted as a resistor, and the conductor 3 and the output contacts 4 and 5 are shown by dots. The sliding contact 9 corresponds to the discharge between the working element 1 and the workpiece 8. Through the conductor 3 and the contact 9, the working element 1 is connected to the power supply circuit (generator of current process pulses). The electrode tool works as follows. When a discharge occurs, current 1 flows through the interconductor 3 and the discharge channel 9. If points 3 and 9 do not coincide along the coordinate L, then a voltage drop occurs on the resistance of the working element, which causes the output potential difference Lx between the contacts, 4 and 5, This difference is proportional to the X coordinate, and its sign corresponds to the coordinate sign. In a similar manner, a signal is generated along the second coordinate Y. The current in the working element 1 flows distributedly and forms some plane-parallel field, with the current lines starting from conductor 3 and converging to discharge 9. Equipotential lines determine the potentials of the output contacts 4, 5, 6 and 7 perpendicular to the current line. With the entire displacement of the discharge 9 along the X axis, different equipotential lines fall on the contacts 4 and 5, and the further the discharge 9 is from the origin of coordinates, the greater the output difference. The same is true for contacts 6 and 7 when the discharge is displaced along the X axis. Each point on the working surface of the tool electrode at a constant discharge current corresponds to only one pair of values of the output signals Ux and C ,. Thus, each current pulse between the electrodes corresponds to two synchronous voltage pulses U and Zu, the amplitude and sign of which, at a constant current, uniquely correspond to the coordinates of the discharge. The resistance of the working element is much less than the total resistance of the power supply circuit, but it is sufficient to obtain the required level of output signals. Io. In order to obtain constant linearity and transformation orthogonality, it is necessary to ensure that the external resistance between all output contacts is greater than the resistance of the working element for at least an order of magnitude, for example, using oscillographs with electrically isolated inputs from each other.
