Known vibration classifier for bulk materials, including the case, the discharge and loading device and the vibrator 1. In the case concentrically mounted cylinders, each of which is made with a window along its length and a partition. A disadvantage of the known device lies in the small surface of the sieves and with the need to periodically clean them. A continuous continuous vibrating screen for separating suspensions by particle size is known, including a body with a working tool fixed on elastic couplings rigidly connected to a vibrator and springs 2 to a supporting ring. The screen body is made in the form of two stationary horizontal cylinders equipped with discharge chutes, and the working body is made with two parallel vertically arranged screens. A disadvantage of the known device lies in its low efficiency due to the small surface of the sieves. In addition, the known device cannot be used for cleaning cement slurry due to its complexity and bulkiness of the structure. The purpose of the invention is to increase the cleaning efficiency by eliminating the loss of sludge solution. The goal is achieved by the fact that the sieves are made in the form of coaxially arranged cylindrical surfaces, and the vibrator is fixed on the lever of the ratchet mechanism so that it can be moved along it. FIG. 1 shows a general view of the described device; in fig. 2 is the same, view along arrow A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 is a view along arrow B in FIG. 2; in fig. 4, 5, 6 shows the vibrating screen in operation. Vibrating sieve for cement slurry includes mesh cylinders 1, body 2, friction ratchet mechanism 3, vibrator 4, vibratory channel 5. Mesh cylinders 1 are located concentric in one another. Each cylinder has a rectangular overflow window 6. In the direction of rotation, the leading edge 7 of the window of the outer cylinder is connected by a partition 8 with the trailing edge 9 of the window of the inner cylinder. The cylinders are mounted on a shaft 10 with rolling bearings. The friction ratchet mechanism consists of a swinging lever 11 and an eccentric 12. The vibrator 4 is fixed at one end to the movable lever 11 and the other to the movable bar 13. The vibrating channel 5 consists of a tray located in the inner cylinder 14 and a vibrator 15. The vibrating screen works as follows. The feed solution is fed into the funnel 16 and through the window b of the outer cylinder enters the annular cavity between the cylinders. When the cylinders are rotated at the end of each revolution, the solution is poured into the subsequent inner cylinder: the cleaned solution is removed through the nozzle 17, and the gaps enter the vibratory channel 5 and from it into the dump or special container. Thanks to the vibrator 4, the lever 11 receives a pulsating movement relative to its axis of support. When the lever is rotated in the direction of rotation, the eccentric 12 is squeezed onto the treadmill of the cylinder, with the same name pcfcmSop Janpae / i: ianpaB / ieHUR 1a1cents o1cens1 Irrigated Orosita.
