17.grids and are installed between two adjacent rows of precipitation electrodes in such a way that they divide the distance between them in half, and the body of the precipitating electrodes is made of dielectric material in the form of a cylinder, having on the outer surface along the entire length of the grooves in which metal plates are installed in contact with the collector brushes and between each two adjacent collecting electrodes located in the same row, plates are installed along their entire length, forming together with the surface of the precipitator electrodes, a dust collection chamber, inside which brushes are installed to remove dust from the surface of the collecting electrodes. On fig. 1 shows the proposed device - top view; in fig. 2 is a longitudinal section A-A in FIG. 1; in fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view BB in FIG. 2. The electrostatic precipitator includes a housing 1 connected to inlet 2 and outlet 3 by nozzles. At the entrance to the housing 1 of the electrostatic precipitator there is a distribution device 4, which ensures uniform distribution of gas over the entire cross section of the electrostatic precipitator. Transverse to the direction of movement of the gas stream, indicated in FIG. 1 by an arrow; in the vertical direction, are mounted or cylindrical collecting electrodes 5, arranged in a checkerboard pattern. In the longitudinal gaps between the electrodes 5, vertical plates 6 are installed, forming dust collecting chambers 7, inside which brushes 8 are installed to remove dust from the working surface of electrodes 5 Electrodes 5 are rigidly mounted on an axis 9 pivotally fixed at one end and the other in support 10, which forms the bottom of the dust-collecting chamber 7, and is connected at 11 with an electric motor 12. The housing of the collecting electrodes 5 is made of a dielectric material and has grooves along its entire length, in which metal plates 13, separated from each other by protrusions, while the body of the electrode 5 and the plate 13 form a smooth surface without any protrusions or depressions. In the upper part of the precipitation electrode 5 is located. end collector 14 with brushes 15 for supplying metal plates 3 of CONSTANT potential. The corona electrode 16 is made of steel mesh with a cell size of 100x100 mm and secured with the upper part by porcelain insulators, to housing 1, and lower part to the corona frame (not shown), while the electrode 16 is installed so that it divides the distance between adjacent collecting electrodes 5 in half. In the support 10, which forms the bottom of the dust collection chamber 7, there are holes in which dust collectors 17 are installed. Under the dust collectors 17, a conveyor belt 18 is arranged, above which nozzles 19 for supplying water are installed next to each dust collector 17. Works electrostatic precipitator as follows. A negative constant potential is applied to the discharge electrode 16, the value being 60-80 kV. The oscillating electrode 5 is grounded by means of the brushes 15 of the collector and is at a zero potential, and a potential difference arises between the corona and oscillating electrodes. The process gas, together with the dust particles, flows through the inlet 2 and the switchgear 4 and the electrostatic filter housing 1 and moves between the oscillating 5 and discharge electrodes 16. At the same time, dust particles, moving close to the corona electrode 16, acquire an electric charge and are deposited on the precipitation electrode 5. The precipitation electrode 5 is driven by the drive 11 and the electric motor 12, around its axis 9, and the dust deposited on the working surface of the electrode 5, enters from the deposition zone into the dust collection chamber 7, where it is removed from the working surface of the electrode 5 by means of a brush 8, poured into dust collectors 17 and further onto the conveyor belt 18. The nozzles 19 installed near the dust collector 17 moisten the dust and thereby prevent the secondary dust entrainment with gases. The conveyor belt 18, when moved, removes dust outside the filter. Making the electrode 5 from separate plates 13 separated by a dielectric material facilitates the process of removing settled dust from the working surface of the precipitating electrode 5 with a brush 8, because the dust retained by the brush 8 loses direct contact with the electrode at some point and is reset in the dust collector 17.
