(54) УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ ОБРЕЗКИ ЩЕТОК(54) BRUSH CUTTING DEVICE

Изобретение относитс к технологическому оборудованию, npej HasHaченному дл отделки готовых щеток, и в частности дл обрезки и подравнива концов плоских круглых щеток . Известно устройство дл обрезки щеток, содержащее смонтированные на основании один над другим ножи, верхний из которых установлен с воз можностью возвратно-поступательного перемещени ,подвижный стол дл размещени обрезаемой щетки,средство дл фиксации стола с руко ткой управлени , лоток дл удалени отходов , размещенный под нижнимножом и привод 1. Данное, устройство громоздко и не удобно в пользовании, так как его обслужйвание св зан.о с большими зат ратами ручного труда. Цель изобретени - повышение Удобства в пользовании. Указаннай цель достигаетс тем, что оно имеет закрепленную на основании ось, а стол и руко тка управлени установлены на ней свободно с диаметрально противоположных сторон , при этом средство дл фиксации стола содержит упор, смонтированный на основании под руко ткой, двуплечий рычаг, установленный на руко тке , одно плечо которого подпружинено относительна оси, а другое имеет возможность взаимодейст1ви с упором, и закрепленный под руко ткойтолкатель двуплечего рычага, причем руко тка имеет отверстие дл прохода двуплечего рычага. Кроме трго, указанна цель достигаетс и тем, что ножи выполнены в виде зубчатых дисков , кинематически св занных между со бой. На фиг. 1 представлен общий вид устройства; на фиг. 2 - вид сбоку; на фиг. 3 - средство дл фиксации стола с рукд ткой управлени . Устройство дл обрезки щеток содержит смонтированные на основании 1один над другим ножи 2, 3, верхний из которых 2 установлен с возможностью возвратно-поступательного перемещени посредством каретки 4, котора смонтирована, на нацравл ющих штангах,-5.
