1 Изобретение относитс к медицинс кой технике и предназначено дл - фик сации нижних конечностей. Известно устройство дл фиксации нижних конечностей, содержащее тазовый полукорсет с установленными на нём штангами, имеющими элементы креп лени конечностей в виде манжет и: ремней 1 . Однако известное устройство не обеспечивает гарантированного ограничени подвижности в процессе лечени остеомиелита и других заболеваний требу|ощих неподви ности. Целью изобретени вл етс достиженйе гарантированного ограничени подвижности конечностей и исключение вторичного смещени отломков. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что по периметру полукорёета расположены петли, в которых укреплены штанги при помощи винтовых прижимов Штанги выполнены с возможностью регулировки по длине, к манжетам прикреплены подп тники, а сами манжеты соединены между собой раздвижной; рао поркой со струбцинами. Причем полукорсет и штанги ,выполнены из биолрги :чески инертного материала, а полукор сет и манжеты имеют прокладки из.гигроскопичного материала.
