This invention relates to the production of chemical fibers and relates to a method for processing textured yarns. A known method for processing textured yarns is by forming a fiber wad from textured yarns and winding textured yarns | l. However, the known method does not allow to get a package with a large weight at a low winding speed. The aim of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities. This is achieved by the fact that before winding the fiber wad is transformed into penta by pressing between heated rollers, and the density of the tape is 0.35-0.65 g / cm. The temperature of the surface of the heated rollers is maintained from 120 to 180 C. The method of processing textured yarns consists in the sequential formation of a fiber wad from texturized yarns, converting it into a tape by pressing between heated rollers and winding textured yarns. The density of the tape is O, 350, 65 g / cm, and the surface temperature of heated rollers is from 120 to 180 ° C. Example 1. A nylon textured thread with a linear density of 187 tex is continuously placed in a hopper at a speed of 200 O m / min, compacted at 18 O- 190 C, form a fibrous wad. Then the fibrous wad is pressed on heated rollers at 18 ° C into a tape 12 mm wide. Pressing pressure is about 0 kg / cm. Then the tape is wound on a cylindrical package on a frictional winding mechanism. Example 2 A 94-tex polypropylene textured thread with a linear density is continuously placed in a hopper at a speed of 25OO m / min, compacted at 15 ° -16 ° C and a fibrous wad is formed, which is then rolled out into a 0.5 m wide ribbon by pressing on heated rollers at a temperature of 15 ° -16 C. The pressing pressure is 8 kg / cm. The tape is wound at a speed of 15 m / min on a cylindrical package.
The proposed method allows to preserve the shape of the tape during the transportation of the package and the subsequent unwinding of it and to ensure the free removal of textured yarns. The method allows the taking of textured yarns into the packaging of a large weight of the spinning machine.
