(54) УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ ИЗМЕЛЬЧЕНИЯ ДРЕВЕСИНЫ(54) DEVICE FOR CUTTING WOOD

Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл измельчени тонкомерной древесины типа кустарника и мелколесь и может быть использовано в лесной и деревообрабатывающей промьттпенности. Известно устройство дл измельчени кусковой древесиЪы, в котором измельчающий орган выполнен в виде диска со смонтированными радиально на его плоскости ножами, а противорежутца плита установлена перед диском 1 . Недостатками зтого устройства вл ютс прерывистость резани древесины типа кустарника и мелколесь и низкое качество измельченной древесины . Известно также устройство дл измельчени древесины, включающее подающий механизм, измельчающий орган, вьтолненный в виде диска со смонтиро ванными по спирали на его плоскости ножами, и противорежущую плиту, уста новленную перед диском {2. Недостатком этого устройства вл етс плоха ориентаци тонкомерного материала перед измельчающим орга ном вследствие того, что противорежу иа плита выполнена гладкой, что при водит к низкому качеству измельчени тонкомерной древесины. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение качества измельчени тонкомерной древесины типа кустарника и мелколесь . Это достигаетс тем, что режущие кромки ножей измельчеиощего органа выполнены вогнутыми, а поверхность против ррежущей плиты - рифленой, кроме того, ножи закреплены на плоскости диска с помощью кронштейнов, а количество ножей измельчающего органа равно количеству впадин противорежущей плиты. На фиг. 1 изображен измельчающий орган, вид спереди; на фиг. 2 - разрез А-А на фиг. 1. Устройство дл измельчени древесины вк.точает подающий механизм (на чертежах не показан)с расположенной за ним рифленой противорежущей плитой 1 и измельчающий орган. Измельчающий орган выполнен в виде махового диска 2 с расположенными на его плоскости по спирали ножами 3, причем ножи закреплены на диске с помощью кронштейнов 4 и имеют вогнутую режущую кромку 5. Выполнение противорежущей плиты 1 рифленой, а режущих кромок 5 ножей 3 вогнутыми позвол ет качественно измельчать тонкомерную древесину. Благодар установлению ножей 3 на кронштейнах 4 можно (варьиру Скоростью подачи подающего меха низма) заранее устанавливать длину измельченной древесины.The invention relates to devices for shredding fine-sized wood such as shrub and thin forest and can be used in forestry and wood processing. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of shredding of small-sized wood such as shrub and fine forest. This is achieved by the fact that the cutting edges of the knives of the grinding body are concave, and the surface against the cutting plate is corrugated; in addition, the knives are fixed to the disk plane with the help of brackets, and the number of knives of the grinding body is equal to the number of depressions of the counter-cutting plate. The feeding mechanism (not shown in the drawings) with a corrugated antiblade plate 1 behind it and a grinding body. The grinding body is made in the form of a flywheel 2 with knives 3 spirally located on its plane, the knives being fixed to the disk with the help of brackets 4 and having a concave cutting edge 5. The performance of the shear plate 1 of the knives 3 concave allows qualitatively to grind fine wood. By setting the knives 3 on the brackets 4, it is possible (by varying the feed rate of the feeding mechanism) to pre-set the length of the chopped wood.
