Изобретение относитс к нефтехимическому синтезу, в частности к способу получени фенола- исходного сырь в про изводстве пластических масс, поверхност но-активных веществ, пестицидов и многих других химических продуктов. Известен способ получени фенола гидролизом фениладетата в паровой фазе при температуре 6ОО С |l . Этот способ требует больших энергетических затрат . Наиболее близким к изобретению по технической сущности и достигаемому результату вл етс способ получени фенола гидролизом фенилацетата при температуре 150-ЗОО С в присутствии твер дого кислотного катализатора при мольном отношении фенилацетата и воды, равном 1:7,5. В качестве катализатора примен ют различные неорганические тверды вещества, в том числе гетерополифосфор- ванадиевую кислоту (состав не указан) 2 . При 1ОО-НОЙ селективности преврапкни фенилацотата его конверси составл ет 5О-6О%, что вл етс недостаточным . Целью изобретени вл етс повышение выхода фенола. Это достигаетс предлагаемым способом получени фенола, состо щим в гидролизе фемилацетата при повышенной температуре в присутствии катализатора-гетерополифосфорванадиевой кислоты общей формулы Pl Of -P nOioro n 2,4,6,8, ненанесенной на носитель преимущественно окись алюмини в количестве 2,5-10% масс. Отличительными признаками способа вл ютс использование в качестве гетерополифосфорванадиевой кислоты со динони общей формулы РМО.О. где п 2,4,6,8, нанесенной в количестве 2,5-1О% масс на носитель и применение в качестве носител окиси алюмини . At 1OO-NOA selectivity of the conversion of phenylacetate, its conversion is 5 0-6%, which is insufficient. The aim of the invention is to increase the yield of phenol. This is achieved by the proposed method for the production of phenol, consisting in hydrolysis of feminyl acetate at elevated temperature in the presence of a catalyst-heteropolyphosphorvanadic acid of the general formula Pl Of -P nOioro n 2,4,6,8, not supported on the carrier, alumina in an amount of 2.5-10 % of the mass. Distinctive features of the method are the use of a dinone of the general formula PMO. where p 2,4,6,8, deposited in the amount of 2.5-1O% of mass on a carrier and the use of alumina as a carrier. The method is carried out as follows. Alumina is loaded into the flow reactor and deposited on it in mines.
