Description
4-6The invention relates to the reconciliation of steels, in particular, to materials used in the mechanized welding of steels in protective rajax, and can be used in various industries of the industry related to the preparation of welded structures. Known 1 composition of powdered wire containing the following components, wt.%: Marble Fluorite sputtering Titanium dioxide Ferrotitanium Ferromanganese Ferrosilicon Nickel Liquid glass Remaining Steel sheath Known 2 composition of flux-cored wire containing the following components, wt.%: Marble1 - 1.5. Fluoride spat4-6 Guitar dioxide4-5 Nickel1.8-2.5 Chromium17-19 Sheath steel Elsexon However, when welding with known wires in carbon dioxide, it is not possible to obtain the required characteristics of the non-welded metal. The fracture of large samples made of weld metal is fragile and has practically no fibrous component, which adversely affects the performance of the steel under high dynamic loads. The amount of fiber component cannot be increased by any subsequent technological measures. In addition, the known cored wires have unsatisfactory welding and technological properties. In order to improve the welding and engineering properties of the wire and increase the amount of the fibrous component in the weld metal, the solvent additionally contains zirconium dioxide, cerium oxide, molybdenum at the following ratio of the components of the wire, w / s: Marble3-5 Fluorocarbide 4-6
