Description

Изобретение относитс к медицинской технике, а именно к хирургическим инструментам. Известно устройство дл наложени лигатурных швов, содержащее перекрещивающиес шарнирно соединенные бран иш с губками дл сжати и удержани ткани, прошивающий механизм и изогну тую иглу дл проведени нити 1 . Однако при налохсении швов в глуби не раны известное устройство травмирует ткани. Цель изобретени - атравматичное наложение швов в глубине раны. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем что бранши устройства выполнены с наЛравл кщими пазами, в которых съем но.установлена плата, с кольцевой проточкой, в которой-установлены про шива1С1дий механизм и нитеулавливатель выполненный в виде подвижного рычага и выступа на шестерне. Крсжле того, прошиванвдий механизм выполнен в виде зубчатой реечной па ры и изогнутой иглы, установленной на шестерне. На фиг. 1 изображено устройство дл наложени лигатурных швов в момент начала прошивани тканей; на фиг. 2 бранши, вид спереди; на фиг. 3 - то же, вид сбоку с частичным разрезом; на фиг. 4 - прошивающий механизм с нитеулавливателем; на фиг. 5, 6 и 7 - последовательные моменты наложени шва. Устройство содержит перекрещивающиес шарнирно соединенные бранши 1 и 2 с губками дл сжати и удержани ткани. Бранши 1 и 2 выполнены с направл кицими пазами 3 и 4, в которых съемно установлена плата 5 с кольцевой проточкой 6, а в последней - прошивающий механизм и нитеулавливатель. Прошивающий механизм выполнен в виде зубчатой реечной пары, включающей рейку 7 и шестерню 8, на которой установлена изогнута игла 9 дл проведени нити. Нитеулавливатель выполнен в виде подвижного рычага 10 и выступа 11 на шестерне 8. Устройство работает следующим образом . Губками бранш 1, 2 захватывают сшиваемые ткани, сопоставл ют и сжимают с силой, необходимой дл удержани ткани в требуемом положении. The goal is achieved by the fact that the branches of the device are made with mounting slots in which the board is removed. There is an annular groove in which are installed about the mechanism and the thread catcher made in the form of a movable lever. In addition, the stitched mechanism is made in the form of a toothed rack pair and a curved needle mounted on a gear.
