Description
The invention relates to devices for improving vehicle comfort. The head restraint of vehicle seats is known, comprising a housing with recesses resting on the end portions of the uprights and associated with the latter by means of friction elements and connecting axes fixed on the case 1. The disadvantage of this design is low reliability due to increased wear of the friction elements. Closest to the invention, the known technical solution is a headrest of a seat comprising a housing with a cavity and depressions having profiled side walls resting on the end portions of the uprights and connected to the latter by means of connecting axles arranged in longitudinal slits x and tension springs 2 However, the assembly of the head restraint is intrusive, as follows: before connecting the housing to the housing, it is necessary to pass through the slot of the end portion of the rack in which the compression spring is already placed. In addition, the disadvantage of this head restraint is the premature failure of the springs, since they simultaneously serve as constraints on the movement of the axes in the slot. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the assembly and increase the reliability of the headrest. For this connective oci; fixedly mounted on the end portion of the stand, the axis end protruding into the body cavity is made with an annular groove for fixing the end of the compression spring, the opposite end of which is rigidly connected to the side wall of the body, and the said longitudinal slot is made in said wall and has a bijcory equal to the magnitude of the lift stroke ps ;; gslnik to turn it. For cr:, the laziness of the end of the spring, the side wall of the body is made with otbortokkoy, which advances the hole. FIG. 1. shows a front view; in fig. 2 - then jo, iid side; in fig. 3 - node I cha -.lp-. I. The head restraint strength Sod-.rzhit Kotjpus 1 with a cavity 2 and a corner. Juni.
1.3, made in the side walls 4 and 5. The recess has a profiled wall 6. The recess 3 includes the upper end portion 7 of the rack 8, having an opening 9 for placing and securing the soybean, zingale axis 10, the end 11 of which with an annular groove 12 is placed in cavity 2 of the housing 1.
10The side walls 4 and 5 have longitudinal slots 13, through which the connecting axis 10 passes. The height of the slot 13 after installation is co. the only axis 10 is equal to the size of the lift of the head restraint when it is rotated. The side wall 5 has a flange 14 with an opening 15 for fastening the tension spring 16 with an end 17, the second end 18 of which is fixed in an annular groove 12 of the connecting axis 10
При этом ст жна пржина 16 раст нетс , а концевой участок 7 стойки 8 выйдет из сопр жени с профилированной стенкой б углублени ,- не ограничива дал1знейший поворот корпуса -1.To rotate the head restraint, it is necessary to raise the body 1, which will slide along the longitudinal slots 13 along axis 10 until it stops against its own walls. At the same time, the rigid spring 16 is stretched, and the end section 7 of the rack 8 will come out of the mating with the profiled wall b of the recess - without limiting the later turn of the body -1.
To return the head restraint to the working position, it is necessary to turn it in the opposite direction, while the HEADREST, under the EFFORT of the tension spring 16, will assume its original position.
Placing the springs in the cavity of the headrest housing and fixing them on the housing walls and the ends of the connecting axes simplifies the assembly of the head restraint, as well as the reliability of its working by increasing the service life of the spring.
