Description
(54) STEAM GENERATOR
12 : ; t The invention relates to steam generators of an exemplary pair of nuclear power plants and may find application both in the creation of new steam generators and in the reconstruction of the operated ones. A steam generator is known, comprising a housing connected to a source of feed water with installed heat exchanger tubes connected to vertical coiActors; heating coolant, at least one of which, in the zone above the heat exchange tubes, has a guide plate installed around its periphery with a tube for supplying water to its cavity, which is attached to the troughs to collect the separator flowing from the louver of the separating device 1.f, however Such a device is unreliable in operation, since sep; arat contains an increased amount of chlorides, the evaporation of which on the collector surface can lead to accelerated corrosion cracking of the collector metal. The aim of the invention is to increase reliability in operation. This is achieved by installing an economizer connected to the feedwater source, communicated by its outlet section, with a pipe for supplying water to the cavity of the guide plate. The drawing shows a steam generator, a general view. The steam generator contains a housing 1c connected to a source of feedwater and installed in the i, ro lower part with heat-resistant cuts 2 connected to vertical inlet 3 and output 4 to the flue heat collector. The inlet manifold 3 in the zone above the heat exchange tubes 2 is provided with a guide plate 5 installed on its periphery with a tube 6 for supplying water in its no / iocTb, B. housing 1 is installed under-. The economizer 7 connected to the feedwater source, communicated by its outlet section with the pipe 6, the housing 1 is connected to the feedwater source by means of the pipe 8, and the economizer 7 is connected to the feed water source by the pipe 9. In the upper part of the housing 1 there are nozzles 10 for drainage steam to sh1nG, that fiTWytp kbpwyca in aeS) heat-exchange pipes 2 and nozzles 10 accommodate a separating device 11. A removable visor 12 is installed above the shield 5 to prevent water boiling in the housing 1 and the boiler station from rotating u It has a steam locomotive: a p & 11 device. The visor 12 is provided with a nozzle 13 that communicates the VALUE of the visor with the volume of the housing 1 in the area between the nozzle M11 10 and the steam separation device 11. The lower end of the visor 12:

1. Observance of this condition results to the fact that the level of boiling water in the cavity of the shield 5 is set constant at its upper end, and this level significantly exceeds the level of the BOILER water in the housing 1. Excess feed water in the cavity of the shield 5 is drained through the upper water supply to the crank 5 , and | Image: usyys In the cavity of the shield 5 pairs of pressure drop across the steam-separating device 11 will pass through the pipe 13 into the volume of the housing 1 by the pipe 10 and the steam-separating device.
Thus, the installation in 1 of economizer 7 connected to the source of water, reported by the faulty output section l with the Bdl pipe of water supply into the cavity of the shield 5, provides an anti-gas 6ppr zone around the collector 3 in the oscillation area and bursts of boiler iodine, which causes reliability of the steam generator.
