Description

Изобретение относитс  к конвейернс иу транспорту, а именно к ставам ленточных конвейеров. Известен став ленточного конвейера , содержащий два продольно нат нутых на раме каната, на которых в рам ках установлены средние ролики и одним концом закреплены рамки боковых роликов, другими концс1ми закрепленные на раме 1 . Недостатке этого конвейера  вл етс  ограниченный угол наклона става. Известен став ленточного Конвейера , имеющий раму с продольно нат нутыми на ней канатами, на которых закреплены рамки средних роликов и ниж ними концами рс1МКИ боковых рОЛ11КОВ, верхние концы которых соединены с рамой 2. Однако угол наклона этого конвейе ра ограничен., поскольку при увеличении угла наклона возможно скатьшание транспортируемого лентой крупнокуско вого груза. Цель изобретени  - увеличение пре дельного угла наклона конвейера при т|эанспортировании крупнокускбвых гру зов.Это достигаетс  тем, что верхние концы рамок боковых роликов, расположенных с противоположных сторон от продольной оси става, попарно соединены между собой, а с рамой с помощью гибких св зей, причем рамки средних роликов расположены ниже плоскости, проход щей через продольно нат нутые канаты. Места соединени  гибких св зей с рамой расположены на вертикальной плоскости, проход щей через продольную ось става. На фиг. 1 изображен став ленточного конвейера, вид в плане; на фиг. 2 - разрез А-А на фиг. 1. Став ленточного конвейера состоит из секций 1, имеющих раму 2, на которой продольно нат нуты канать 3, рассто ние между которыми превышает длину рамки 4 средних роликов 5. Нижние концы осей боковых роликов 6 прикреплены tc продойьнЁвл канатам 3 при помощи жимков 7. Канаты соединены с нат жным устройством 8 нат жной скобой 9. This is achieved by the fact that the upper ends of the frames of the side rollers located on opposite sides of the longitudinal axis of the rod are interconnected with each other, and with flexible frames The frames of the middle rollers are located below the plane passing through the longitudinally tensioned ropes. The junctions of the flexible links to the frame are located on a vertical plane passing through the longitudinal axis of the rod.
