Description

Изобретение относитс  к технологии производства углеродных материэлов, преимуществен но крупных анодных блоков. Известна печь дл  обжига углеродных издели содержаща  несколько камер с перфорированным подом и пересыпкой из гранулированных частиц. Камеры печи соединены между собой нижним и верхним коллекторами с запорной арматурой, причем нижний коллектор подсоединен к дымоходу 1J. Недостатком известной печи  вл етс  выброс больщой часта гор чих продуктов сгорани  в атмосферу, отсутствие регенерации тепла и не возможность окислени  поверхности загатовок. Целью изобретени   вл етс  интенсификаци  процесса обжига углеродных заготовок за счет повыщени  удельной подовой производительности печи. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что дымо ход подключен к верхнему коллектору. Такое подключение позвол ет использовать тепло прод%тстов сгорани  на предварительный нагрев изделий. Схема лечи, содержащей три камеры, представлена на чертеже. Камеры А, Б, В печи в процессе обжига поочередно служат дл  низкотемпературного i;arpeва (окисление и спекание), высокотемпературного нагрева (усадка и карбонизаци ), охлаждени  с выгрузкой-загрузкой. В корпусе 1 камеры- печи в слое 2 гранулированных частиц (кокс, гравий) установлены заготовки 3 углеродных изделий.Загрузка, состо ща  из заготовок и гранулированных частиц , размещена на перфорированном поде 4. Подподовые объемы камер каналами 5 с запорными устройствами 6 соединены между собой и воздущным каналом 7 с дросселем 8 нижним коллектором 9. Подсводовый объем камер соединен каналами 10 с запорными устройствами 11 с верхним коллектором 12, подключенным к дымоходу 13. Съемный свод 14 снабжен форсзтжой 15 охлаждени  и горелочным устройством 16. The goal is achieved by the fact that smoke is connected to the upper collector. Such a connection allows the use of heat from the combustion products to preheat products. Scheme lechi, containing three cameras, is shown in the drawing. Chambers A, B, and C in the kiln during firing alternately serve for low-temperature i; arp (oxidation and sintering), high-temperature heating (shrinkage and carbonization), cooling with unloading-loading. In the casing 1 of the furnace in the layer 2 of granulated particles (coke, gravel), preforms 3 of carbon products are installed. The loading consisting of blanks and granulated particles is placed on the perforated hearth 4. The underput volumes of the chambers 5 are interconnected with the locking devices 6 and an air duct 7 with a choke 8 lower collector 9. The subsurface chamber volume is connected by channels 10 to shut-off devices 11 with an upper collector 12 connected to the chimney 13. Removable roof 14 is equipped with cooling forcing 15 and burner 16. The operation of the furnace for burning carbon is carried out as follows.
