Keyless connections are known that contain an elastic element located in the gap between the surfaces of the shaft and the sleeve 1. These connections have a simple design, but low load capacity. HiB..CTHo is also a keyless connection containing an elastic element placed in the gap between the grooved surfaces of the shaft and the sleeve 2. This device is closest to the invention in its technical essence and the achieved result. However, the disadvantage of this connection is the complexity of the production of corrugations on the cylindrical surfaces of the shaft and bushings and large axial dimensions. In order to simplify the manufacturing technology and reduce the dimensions of the corrugations, they are made in the form of spiral grooves and are located on the end surfaces of the shaft and bushings. In addition, the end surface of the sleeve and the shaft, which is made of corrugations, are located in the same plane. FIG. 1-4 shows variants of connections, sections. The connection consists of a shaft 1, covered by a sleeve 2. An elastic element 3 is placed in the gap between the shaft and the sleeve. The elastic element is compressed by nut 4 through the washer 5. On the end surfaces 6 and 7 of the shaft and the sleeve are grooved in the form of spiral grooves 8, outgoing from annular grooves 9. In the embodiment of the joint shown in FIG. 2, the corrugated surfaces 6 and 7 are located in the same plane. FIG. Figure 3 shows a joint with a split ring 3 used in cases where a protrusion 10 on the shaft interferes with the assembly of the joint. Parts of the split ring are connected by a spring ring 11 placed in a groove 12 formed on the outer surface of the ring 3. The connection works as follows. When the nut 4 is tightened, the elastic ring 3 deforms and fills the grooves B and 9 on the end surfaces of the sleeve and the shaft. Ring 3 may be made of rubber, plastic or soft metal. The connection of FIG. 1 can be used in cases where precise fixation of the parts 2 in the axial direction is not required. In the joints, the joint is sealed. Simplification of the manufacturing technology of the joint is achieved by the fact that the canals 8 and 9 are made with a cutter on the current of the machine. Claim 1. A keyless joint containing an elastic element placed in the gap between the grooved surfaces of the shaft and the sleeve, which is in that with the aim of f 2 / /. - 1. The simplification of manufacturing technology and the reduction of axial dimensions, grooves are made in the form of spiral grooves and are located on the end surfaces of the shaft and sleeve. 2, A keyless connection according to claim 1, characterized in that the end surfaces, bushings and shaft, on which the corrugations are made, are located in the same plane.
