This is achieved by the fact that the device additionally contains sensors installed on the pipeline for the additional product flow, a meter for the volume flow of the reagent solution, a meter for the weight flow of the dry reagent, a concentration meter on the pipeline for the main flow of the product, and the sensors are connected to the meter for the volume flow of the solution Pa reagent, which is connected to the flow regulator on the pipeline additional product flow and the flow meter of the dry reagent, which is connected to the inlet meter eagenta and TCF regulator connected ratios expenses: a mass flow meter and reagent suh0go regulator main product flow rate as well as with Kontsentratomer, ustanovlenHfciM the piping main stream n product itself. The outline of the proposed scheme is shown on the devil. The device will hold the pump 1 on one pipe 2 of the main flow: Ta, pipe 3 additional: product flow with mixer 4 for preparing an emulsion of the solution re; agent in the product and pump 5 on the pipe; reagent solution c. mixer 4,; Mixer 4 is equipped with fixed nozzles for turbulence; mix LH flows, i.e. is a static mixer. The device is equipped with a regulator 7 of the flow rate of the main product flow, a regulator 8 of the flow rate of the additional product flow, sensors 9: and 10 electrical capacity or electrical conductivity. When installing these sensors, the following conditions must be met: the sensor 10 is installed on the pipeline 3 after the mixer 4 along the flow and sensor 9 is on pipeline 3 by means of mixer 4 or on pipeline 2. Sensors 9 and 10 are connected to a measuring device 11 of the volumetric flow rate of the reagent solution, which is parallel; connected to the flow controller 8 and the meter 12 weight consumption of dry reagent (reagent in its pure form). Concentrator 13 connected to Pipeline 6 of the reagent solution is connected to the meter 12. Output of the meter 12 is connected to the controller 14, which, S turn, is connected to the controller 7 and the concentrator 15, installed on the pipeline 2, the Output of the controller 14 is connected with the control Mechanism 16 to control the thief of the reagent. j Depending on the specific production conditions, as concentrator 13 and 15, devices of various types can be used. For example, when an alkaline reagent is supplied to oil, an instrument for determining electrical conductivity or density as a concentrate meter 15 - a salinometer can be used as a concentrator. The device works as follows. Electrical capacitance or electrical conductivity sensors 9 and 10 continuously measure the corresponding sjieKtric values of the flow of fluids flowing through the pipeline. The addition to the dielectric product, such as oil and oil products, of an electrically conductive aqueous solution of the reagent, ensures a stable and significant difference in the signals in the meter. 1, in which this value is converted into a signal proportional to the volume flow rate of the reagent solution at the moment, the output signal from the meter 11 is simultaneously sent to the regulator 8 (to adjust the flow rate of the additional product flow to maintain the specified product flow rate in pipeline 3 and ensuring the required quality of e, multiply) and into the Cambritor 12. At the same time, the meter 12 receives a correction signal from the concentrator 13, which is proportional to the concentration of the reagent in thief entering on the preparation of the emulsion. As a result of the conversion of the two signals, the measuring instrument 12 produces a signal proportional to the value of the dry reagent's weight flow. The signal of meter 12 is fed to controller 14, which, simultaneously receiving signals from controller 7 of the main product flow rate and concentrator 15, acts on the actuator 16 and provides the necessary ratio of the main product flow and reagent solution at that time. The design of the device allows solving a number of technical problems. Under production conditions on the supply line of the reagent solution, the first plunger pumps are used most often, which leads to pulsation of the reagent flow and great difficulty in measuring its flow rate. The accuracy of the predolicy measurement of the consumption of reagent by the difference in electric beams of the product and emulsion flows does not depend on the pulsation of the flow of the reagent solution. Controlling the flow rate of the product flow with the correct volume flow rate of the reagent solution improves the accuracy of flow control and ensures a stable quality of the emulsion, and, consequently, a higher distribution quality of the reagent in the main product flow.
