The phase of the carrier oscillations of the excitation pulses becomes uncertain, as the contribution to the phase modulation of the carrier oscillations increases due to the unstable fronts of the modulating pulses. In addition, when shortening the modulating pulses, their amplitudes decrease. And since the phase of the carrier oscillations of the useful signal is unambiguously determined by the phase of the carrier oscillations of the excitation pulses, the phase of the carrier oscillations of the useful signal also becomes unstable. The purpose of the invention is to increase the stability and accuracy of measuring spin echo or free induction signals by periodically correcting the phase of the carrier oscillations of the driving pulses. This goal is achieved in that the device is equipped with serially connected phase shifters, the input of which is connected to the output of the power amplifier, and a coupler whose output is closed to the input of the resonator, as well as sequentially connected by a phase meter, a sample element of the phase error value, a memory element and an error amplifier, an output which is connected to the control input of the phase shifter, with the first input of the phase meter connected to the second output of the coupler, the second input to the second in the output of the reference frequency generator, and the control inputs of the sample element and the memory element are connected to one of the control outputs of the programmer. The drawing shows a block diagram of a pulse EPR spectrometer. The EPR pulse spectrometer contains a reference frequency generator 1, connected in series with the driver 2 excitation pulses, which is connected via a serial circuit: power amplifier 3, phase shifter 4 and coupler 5 to the resonator with sample 6 connected to the signal receiving and processing system 7. To the second output of the coupler 5, the first input of the phase meter 8 is connected in series with the error amplifier 9, the output of which is connected to the control input of the phase shifter 4. The second input of the phase meter 8 is connected to the second output of the generator 1, the reference frequency, and the control input One of the outputs of the programmer 10, with the corresponding output of which is connected to the control input of the signal receiving and processing system 7. The phase shifter 4, the coupler 5, the phase meter 8 and the error amplifier 9 form the excitation phase stabilization unit. The reference frequency generator generates continuous radio frequency oscillations, for example, at a frequency of 9300.mHz. Under the action of trigger pulses from the programmer 10, the driver 2 generates a series of short pulses. Through an amplifier of 3 m of sensibility, phase shifter 4 and coupler 5, these pulses enter the resonator 6 with the sample. Through the coupler 5, a small fraction of the power of the exciting pulses is fed to the first input of the phase meter 8, and the voltage from the reference frequency generator 1 is applied to the second input of the phase meter. Under the action of the control pulse from the programmer 10, supplied to the control input of the phase meter 8, the phase deviation of the carrier oscillations of the driving pulse relative to the continuous oscillations of the reference frequency at a certain point in time, for example, in the middle part of the pulse, is stored. In the error amplifier 9, this phase deviation is transformed into a control voltage, which is applied to the control input of the phase shifter 4. As a result, the phase deviation of the carrier oscillations of the exciting pulses from the specified value is maintained. pulses and power amplifier, connected in series, the resonator with the sample, placed in a polarizing magnetic field , the signal receiving and processing system and the programmer, to the corresponding outputs of which are connected the control inputs of the exciter pulse generator and the signal receiving and processing system, characterized in that, in order to improve the stability and accuracy of measuring the spin echo signals or free induction by periodically correcting the carrier phase oscillations of exciting radio pulses, it is equipped with series-connected phase shifter, the input of which is connected to the output of the power amplifier, and a coupler, output which is closed with the cavity input, as well as serially connected by a phase meter, a sample element of the phase error value, a memory element and a error amplifier, the output of which is connected to the control input of the phase shifter, the first input of the phase meter is connected to the second output of the coupler, the second input is the second output of the reference frequency generator, and the control inputs of the sample element and the memory element are connected to one of the control outputs of the programmer.
